Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Morgan, have you read the contract by any chance? I'm wondering if raising some of the things which concentrix are failing to do will help. I want to make some lists, maybe send them to a few mps x

Ange80 can't believe you make a speculative judgement on the ladies on here. They are not all single parents some are childcare checks others employment checks. My check was for another adult and I am definitely single the only other adult is my 18 year old son who has his dad's surname and registered to vote so would be on the electoral Register. After sending all the docs they have not changed my award and that's because I'm not hiding anything. I don't think it's the issue that tax credits don't believe Concentrix have a contract and earn there money by catching people out so have sent letters out to probably all claimants it's another one of the government's way to cut the welfare bill well in my opinion if immigration was capped and they stopped paying them tax credits and child benefit for children that aren't even in this country and have stricter rules for NHS care then I'm sure the bill would shrink. If you've bothered to read the posts the issue is more with how long the decision is taking as they are not working to what there letter states and how there isn't consistency and the amount of time it takes for them to answer calls!

I had a reply from my labour mp today, saying he is appalled to hear of my experience with concentric, and the wider problems that claimants nationwide have encountered....he has written to chancellor of exchequer, will post if get further letter. Also got reply from my complaint letter to HMRC re Concentrix, plus 20 pounds for costs....I complained about concentric not complying with HMRC charter, check that out too everyone, they fail across the board....but this contract is soo revealing, we can complain about so many points! My original marriage cert still not returned, it was scanned on 5 June.....should be 3 days? Thank you for posting this contract x

Well if fiona who's an ogre can meet shrek, there's hope for a troll, no need to spend all her time causing arguments, she will makes friends somewhere and doesn't need to spend her time arguing with troubled people in here just for an excuse to converse. If all that fails, rampant rabbit could help eliviate some of her tension and anger issues. I over stepped the line didn't I, I am childish I know x

Morgan97 · 24/06/2015 20:25

My mp wrote something similar emilou. Fingers crossed it gets taken further. Congratulations on getting some compensation from them well done you

Oooh that's fantastic Emilio, I shall do the same x

Consent2trix · 24/06/2015 20:27

It's great that it is visible for us all to refer to yes and they literally are screwing up on some very important parts to the deal, if enough people point this out to local mps it could help x

Consent2trix · 24/06/2015 20:31

Yes 3 days x

Evening ladies, lovely to see we have a hairy handed ray of sunshine with us!

ange its not up to you to come here and judge us all. We started this thread to support each other through a rough time and if you have nothing helpful to add, please DFOD, because your nasty comments are not welcome.

If you don't believe any of us, then that's your choice, and block the thread so you don't have to give yourself the indignity of rubbing shoulders with us lying riffraf.

babyalan13 · 24/06/2015 20:36

Lol now they are having a laugh!! Customer calls to be answered within 5 minutes!!!! Yeah right! 50 minutes the last day I phoned!

nikkif80 · 24/06/2015 20:37

If these checks are not at random why did they check my childcare and they closed my case ? What evidence did they have on my childcare. The letter states they think my payments were wrong!! How can they accuse that then close case ?

babyalan13 · 24/06/2015 20:37

Lol admiral!! She obviously doesn't get tax credits!

AdmiralCLingus · 24/06/2015 20:39

Ha I was too late!

emilou he's written to the child catcher?! He's sat in his big plush house, eating his golden tiger steaks, rubbing his thighs at the thought of all of us struggling and drinking the blood of a virgin while he plots the next way he can fuck us all in the arse

AdmiralCLingus · 24/06/2015 20:42

Also emilou have you received your costs? I had a call from someone telling me they would be giving me the £70 in costs I incurred, but I've still not received it!

Consent2trix · 24/06/2015 20:44

Grab yourselves a pen and paper, go through the contract (yawn, it's long) and write down all the things they've failed to do correctly with you and log a complaint, if the complaint go's to concentrix, it states in the contract they have to log it and show to hmrc, now as the complaints will be with regards to them breaking the contract with hmrc with how they are dealing with us, the manner, failure and not within the time scales, will it make them deal with us faster out of worry? Will they log those complaints or will they dissappear? It is a commission paid contract and they won't wanna screw it up as it's worth a fortune. Concentrix already in big trouble and been fined, I've not looked into this properly but I will tonight. Doesn't hurt to log a complaint if you have the time, written better, recorded delivery if possible.

emilou123 · 24/06/2015 20:45

Complain to HMRC too. It says in their letter back to me that they are keeping Concentrix under review. Also, re the concentrix letters, HMRC said "because of customer feedback they are looking again at the wording...they also said that if 20 pounds doesn,t cover my costs to let them know and to send inreceipts, phone bills etc etc. My argument was that concentrix did not abide by HMRC charter by keeping my costs as low as possible as the docs they requested would not have proved anything but I still had to send them.

Consent2trix · 24/06/2015 20:50

That is very reassuring emilou,I shall dig deep into where they're screwing up and log a gigantic list and send to both, how long did it take for you to receive a response? X

emilou123 · 24/06/2015 20:52

No Admiral, they said within 28 days, they obviously don,t carry it through then!

Morgan97 · 24/06/2015 20:54

Ha ha consent rampant rabbit you're bad lol. Admiral you never fail to make me smile thank you girls for your witty comments. We don't need dense half wits on this thread when we are all going through so much

Consent2trix · 24/06/2015 20:54

Who said they would pay for costs incurred? Concentrix or hmrc?
