A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Morning all... He we are again! Well I will wait & see what (if anything) the postman brings me today.. Im at work til 6, I hope I will have something when I get home tonight!

Grrrr!! So fucking fed up of this whole thing.

I've just received yet another credit agency letter addressed to someone I've never heard of. I've been sending back the letters for ages so I've phoned to tell them to take her name off this address and they won't - not until she rings herself and lets them have a new address! Like that's going to happen.

If Concentrix are using credit agency lists as 'evidence' of cohabitation, as has been suggested, what hope is there for us if the credit agencies themselves won't co-operate with us either??

Btw, goes without saying...not a dickey bird from Concentrix yet - docs signed for 2nd June.

mine was recieved 29th may said sent mine the 16th june, im in hold to them now since 9.45... can i ask what date is on your lettrs that docs returned

im on now looking into were docs av gon told him im appalld so on hold yet again while he looks into it

been told its onvsystem 16th june returned!!! yet then said theres a big backlog and shud get them this wk or next!!! i have stated if there not back by next tuesday i shall ring again and i will be taking this further.. im disgusted i sent them my personal info to whoever you are with the knowledge there will be returned. and you cant even manage that, you say one thing then say another, your incompetent im appalled and this is not the end if it, theres that many scams going on and if my docs have got in the wrong hands you have gave them it on a plate

No nothing Zola. I'm getting worried. Why lie and fob is off. They said a day or 2. They said no need to ring they will write. But Morgan had her money stopped no warning. How do we know if they need further info. I can't even think straight in work. This takes over your life.

Chrissy4321 just been on hold for the last hour just got through and my documents were scanned on yesterday no decision yet but they have beens scanned on system so yours must be. So ladies as of yesterday they are on the 8th of june

Baby thought they made the decision the same day? Did they tell you anything Zola?

They just they was scanned on yesterday and decision will be in the next couple of daya and to phone bk Thursday if no one has made a decision someone will on Thursday whilst I'm on the phone

Im going to ring Wednesday morning. That gives them a few days. See if it gets me anywhere. Day of and I can hold

Hay everyone. Just got my letter from concentrix! Its now in black and white! Saying thanks for information and their is no amendments!! BUT NO DOCUMENTS!! The letter was dated 23rd June. That's the date they scanned my documents and also made their decision ( so that might give people hope)

i havent even had that yet mine was dealt with... so there say!!!

My letter doesn't actually have a date on it, just simply addressed to me saying thanks for sending your documents we will write to you about your claim soon.

Maybe employment checks are being done quicker than other adult checks!!

ringing hmrc now, see if anything on their systems to say been done(award) and to let them know what incompetent excuse of a set of twats are dealing with my paperwork, i will be seeing a solicitor if their have lost them...

My case was closed 15th June and tax credit renewal was supposedly finalised 17th June. Payments have changed but still not go any renewal paper work yet. WEll its two weeks tomorrow so thought id have the finalised award by now!

i sent info about the child i have out of care system, personal to him and safeguarding children yet their cnt tell me were it has gone!!!!
