A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Don't know consent2trix I thought everything was posted to mailing room in lancing and was scanned in there and then returned, I know the case workers are based in Belfast.

Never give up Morgan, not your job and not your fight with this lot. Go for compensation when it is all over. You are entitled to tax credits, they must pay them to you with all back pay...I do not see how they can refuse.

Morgans case was all down to just not having enough documents am I right?

Apparently frinny all the delays are being caused by a massive backlog in the mail room in Lancing who are responsible for scanning documents onto the system and returning our documents back to us. Apparently from what others have been told during the week the have been uploading mail received on the 4th all week, it feels like I am being tortured as mine was signed for on the 5th!
I have been calling a lot chasing my documents but all I ever say in the call is have my documents been sent back to me, only so concerned as they have my whole years payslips from April 2014 - April 2015 and my p60 and I didn't make any copies!

So if they don't work weekends at scanning that means around 6 weeks until my documents are scanned. Wow

I would hope with the back log they have that they do work weekends!
I don't know if I should phone again Monday and see what day they are upto or wait till end of next week?
I really don't think calling to ask about documents is a problem, I think it would only be a problem if you were saying something directly related to your case and changing what you say to them each time that it might look odd!
When was yours signed for consent2trix?

I was signed for on the 12th.

That's interesting is this company trying to take over everything, hope they get booted out after the shambles they have made of this!

I bet it's going to feel like a lifetime for your documents to go on if yours were signed on the 12th! What was your check again consent2trix?
Please don't worry about any calls you have made I do think that there is only a problem if you are talking to them directly about your case and say things that conflict with information on your file.

I rung 3/4 times! But obviously people are ringing when you have to wait an hour to get through! So don't think people need to worry about phoning. That news today is awful!! Such a bad world at times. Gawd love those people

Consent no not getting help from anyone been to the housing benefit office today,more form filling,bank statement copies certificate of earnings(cos wage slips have been sent to tax credits) and yes the documents I sent weren't enough ( but they were sufficient in 2012) my situation wasn't the norm I shared a house with a friend who's a man. No relationship between us no meals taken together no sleeping together etc. I've now sent photographs of where me n dd sleep ( in one room) more bank statements showing the direct debits to my friend to cover my half of bills plus a letter from him confirming the arrangement signed by both of us. N now I've been offered a new house for me n dd they're still not interested in helping me or putting an end to this nightmare. I was looking into starting a support group but my heads all over the place at the moment! I'm not ringing them again I can't keep my voice steady n can't trust myself not to cry.

I have rung twice this week but had rung everyday for the first two weeks after they signed for my documents as was so paranoid about not getting them back as I didn't make any copies of my documents which is what I told them every time I called I don't think that can be looked upon as being anything but worried about my personal and private information, I think Jonny is on a par with me on ringing them but again with the same concerns getting OUR documents back and given reports of how long it is has been taking for calls to be answered this week there are obviously a lot more people calling now.

But must stress I don't think asking if your documents have been sent back can cause any problems

consent is this of any use how to set up a charity

Maybe its something we could all look into together when this is over for everyone?

Admiral you've done more than enough for me. I'm going to look into that tomorrow my brain won't work properly at the moment. Girls try not to ring them tomorrow give yourselves a well deserved break and enjoy the weekend. Hopefully you will get some news next week x

I'm going to ring in the morning Monday fed so will post if they have got the docs on as we're a lot on the same day and if mine are might want to ring if not if you try Tuesday or Wednesday I'm going to try at 8am as its best time.

I'm gonna ring prob Wednesday as I'm a bit behind you in the queue mine was signed for 10th June.

Yours was earlier if I remember right.

That's great efergie fingers crossed you get some postive news for all of us with the same date our documents were signed, if not on by Monday I will call on Wednesday at 8am and hope to get through before I leave for work and I will in turn provide you with an update. So glad there are a few of us with the same date. Thanks again efergie

Mine was on the 5th I think it might of been cazzy who was the other one on this thread with the same date.

Think I'm going to try and have an early night not been sleeping great since this all started wish I could just get a full nights. Going to try my best to put it to back of my mind this week and enjoy the weekend with my children!
