A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Well that was the fastest time holding on. Apparently it's an automatic letter n I don't need to do anything. They WON'T tell me how my appeals going or tell me how my new claim. I despise them I really mean it when I say I can't take much more. Sorry girls I'm not being positive today

No timeframe for my appeal no news about anything why do they do this. We try and do the right thing by not scrounging and we are penalised for it. Thanks for your kind words fedup and baby. Feeling sad and frustrated x

Aww Morgan I am hoping and praying this is over with soon for you it is so unfair! I really hope it is done before your dd finishs school for the summer and you get a big lump sum of back dated money so you can really treat yourselves or go on a holiday!

No one should be made to go through this we are decent hard working people and what is happen to each and everyone of us is wrong! They want us out at work we go to work and look what they do to us!

hello girls, well, I still haven't had the courage to ring anyone. Time I get in from work, feed kids, tidy up, walk dog, sort the feed out for the young one, I'm all done in. I had the same time scale as babyalan, have you had your documents back yet? I received mine back June 22nd but dated June 6th. Still no word, I wish one way or the other they would just write to me! I have been paid throughout this nightmare so I hope it's a good sign. Morgan, we're with you x

Stresshead I know it's scary but if I were you I would just phone to put my mind at rest, I would imagine your has been done, if you don't want to talk yo them you could try calling hmrc and ask for update your renewal xx

Definitely phone them!!!! I haven't received anything from them. I wouldn't no nothing it was only because I phoned them!!

Hello ladies, I've been following this thread since I got my 'another adult living with you letter." I have not posted here as had nothing positive to add...I was just playing the waiting game and shitting myself like everyone! Anyway, I thought I'd add my timeline as requested. Received horrible letter 22nd May (dated 14th May!!???,) Docs signed for by Concentrix 3rd June. Renewed claim online. Phone call yesterday from Concentrix saying I had not said whether there were any changes to my claim ( I so had said that!) I confirmed this on the phone and was told all was fine and I would receive my new claim by post. so that is less than 6 weeks in total. I realise how lucky I am and am sending Good Luck to you all. I think mine was straightforward as I was able to send everything they asked for and it was all in my name. I never even tried to phone them, just sat back and waited. You do have to wonder what the hell they are playing at. Do you suppose that if it is not completely black and white, they drag their heels hoping that those who are making a false claim, crack and own up. Bloody rough on those of you with genuine but complicated circumstances! So very unfair. I hope more of you get good news soon, stay strong and don't be bullied.

Thank you stresshead,baby and 12fedup. Incidentally my letter I got today is dated 04/06/15 so it's taken exactly 22 days to be delivered. What the hell is going on with them useless bunch of half wits.

Franny that has been my thoughts from the beginning. If you look into concentrix on the Internet it says the disiscions are computer generated based on statistics and the final descision is then made by a person, they wait for contact from the accused and add it to the systems and the computer searches for patterns, a learning programme.

That's great frinny, mine is a different check from yours I am having the employment/hours check, looks they probably uploaded your docs at the beginning of week then as that's apparently when items received 3rd of June were scanned and started working on your immediately and that's call yesterday was all that was needed to complete.

I don't think it is a case of dragging heels as mine is very straight forward and not done yet, my documents signed for on the 5th of June are not even on their systems yet.

Makes me wonder if this back log in lancing means that the staff in the Belfast office haven't got much work to do, so as soon as information finally goes on system they are able to work on it immediately.

Thank you concent,I'm not holding my breath to be honest and don't even dare to think it will ever get resolved. Frinny I too read something very similar ages ago about waiting to see who gives up first, us or them. I can't give up but I feel I'm suspended in the air I can't live properly cant concentrate n sooooo tempted to be rude to a customer just to get sacked but then......why should I. God get me out of this nightmare.

Bloody Hell...so if you are genuine but anxious about the letter and can't bear to sit back and wait (I was so tempted to call them) you quite possibly make your situation worse! Absolute bloody bastards! If only someone like Ann Robinson or Martin Lewis, Panorama even would take this debacle up, those like Morgan might get back pay and a load of compensation.

Mel25murf called for the first time today and they got her documents on the 4th of June and hers are not on the system yet either so don't think it is to do so much with calling and asking when our documents will be returned I don't see what a computer can learn from that.

Must say frinny you are the first person I have seen who has had concentrix call them might be another sign that not much work to do in office due to the back log in lancing

So, they got her docs on 4th June, but not on system. They got mine 3rd June and they were on the system yesterday....so hers should be today! Oh no...that would be far to logical! They clearly work in a very random order.
