A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Thanks ciaradon. Think I'll ring hmrc Monday or Tuesday. When did you get the quality control bit!? Wonder what that means!?

I rang Concentrix a few weeks back said my case was closed and going through quality control , which I assume means the final stage. He said expect a letter in next few days but I'm still waiting so don't worry if you don't get one because one lady on here didn't hear anything till her award notice came.

My award was finalised about a week or so after receiving my docs then
I got a letter 5 days after I spoke to them and they confirmed they closing my case. But within that time frame i rang HMRC and my renewal had also been finalised.

id just like my documents back a award notice wiuld be nice but my docs are my bank accounts.. all these scams going on, could end up in the wrong hands and have a field day

They sent my docs back fairly quickly but mine was before this back log. However I sent them special delivery and they were returned standard post in a thin white envelope do they don't give a toss about our private personal info.

Here is the tax credits act 2002, I havent read through it all but I plan to!!!

Raging jelly bean from my experience you have sent sufficient "evidence" and it's now a waiting game. I received that letter on the 7th May and they did not write to me afterwards . I phoned a few weeks later to be told my case was closed. Still no letter. Phoned hmrc and they are processsing my award. I think you will be ok but be prepared to wait. I was told no news is usually good news but limbo isn't a nice place to be.

ciara my docs were sent back in a handwritten white envelope, that was torn because there was so much stuff in it. It had a signed for thing on the front but had just been pushed through NEXT DOORS letter box ffs!!!

Does no fucker in this country know how to do their bastard job anymore?? If I was this incompetent at my job, I could potentially kill someone, so I have the appropriate training to stop that from happening. Surely its not difficult to give the cockwombles some fucking training????

I still havent received my original documents back from march, nor the apology payment I was promised at the start of the month. I know I got my award reinstated, but ffs!!! This is STILL dragging on. I dont even know if they've accepted my renewal as I've had no text to acknowledge it!!! (I did have a £7, yes £7 payment go in friday last week though??)

Admiral you're right , from start to finish (if there is a bloody finish) they have been a pack of incompetent dunderheads with no thought or consideration for any of us.

Hi everyone I have been watching these posts since part 1 and I would like to say thank you to everyone that has been posting as it's helped me from having a nervous breakdown.

I received the another adult living with u letter in May but only managed to gather all my evidence and send it too them on 1st June. They had told me on the phone that my ex husband is linked to my address which is true he is on the rental agreement for my house as he pays the rent and council tax as maintenance for our 3 daughters.

I have just called concentrix after an hour and 5 mins my call was answered and was told that they have sent me another letter yesterday asking for more proof but the guy I was taking to said he would check my evidence with his manager and see if he could close this down today. After a further 15 mins on hold and a near panic attack later he came back and asked about transfers from my ex into my bank account( I didn't hide anything on my statements) I told him that he transfers money into my account for things my daughters need like clothes etc and when he asked about the rental agreement I again told him he paid the rent and council tax which I told them In my covering letter. He confirmed that they have no proof that my ex lives with me and he has closed my case nearly 8 weeks since I received the first letter.

I just wanted to post to let you all know that even though I haven't posted till now that u have all helped me dealing with this and I hope those still waiting get their cases closed too. X

Thanks cairaDon now the wait begins for my documents to be returned he told me they sent them back 4 days ago and that he has sent my closing letter today and Shiism revive this within 3-5 working days but I know from everyone's post that it will be weeks before I receive everything. Maybe tonight I will actually sleep instead of worrying about this x

Hello ladies just a quick up date I've received my final award notice and new award for 15/16. It is dated 15th June so 4 days after my concentrix letter saying no change to my award. The strange thing is though I rang HMRC on Tues to see if it had been sent out and they told me it was processing which how could it have when it is dated 15th so seems they tell lies as well!

Hey girls,I've been out n about today rushing around and getting nowhere fast! Came home to a brown envelope felt sick ten minutes of staring at it i opened it ffs it's a tax credits annual review for year ended 05/04/2015!! My poor brain can't take anymore has anyone else had this letter

Morgan is it the final tax credits decision letter? I got 2 brown envelopes today one was a final decision letter the other my new award.

my tax credits annual review letter came in a large white envelope and did say annual review for year ended 5/4/15 I received mine early this year but last year I didn't receive it until now. As your checks were before April I guess you won't have renewed yet. Don't think they no what they're doing!

Yes Tango it says tax credits- final award notice n on the bottom of the other side it says claim ended 06/04/2014 you told us you were no longer claiming tax credits as an individual. I NEVER told them anything n they STOPPED my money on 26/0302015 NOT on 06/04/2015 I don't understand

Morgan don't understand how they can issue that as you are going to a tribunal so until then I wouldn't have thought they could make a final decision. I really don't understand it either. On the plus side it's all evidence for your tribunal that they really don't know what they're doing!

Call them morgan and say you never stopped your claim and see what they say.
