A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

said in lettr evidence not single.. ivrang them as soon as recieved but just said send all bank statements ta prove my name i pay bills and prob ta make sure mortgage in my name only,, well of cause it will be, only males in this orooerty is two sons a cat and a nephew

Once they have sorted mine(I don't trust them not to use a complaint against me) then I will be complaining and sending phone bills detailing my costs, even if it is £1. It's not fair.

told me was yesterday, with no amendments not as yet had lettr, was more concerned about my docs, said going too soeak ta manager as was supposedly sent bak 16th june i told um im apoalled thats my private dics and information could be anywere.

Sent in 2nd, signed for on the 4th. Still not on the system.

its disgracefull and im doing same, as soon as my bill is in il be forwarding it to them to be reimbursed for costs...

it clearly stated on my savings account where funds was coming from and still there asked. thick as pig ...t the lot if them

Mine was signed 8th of june not on system as of yesterday this was the signature on my proof

I was told they were up to the 4th this week when I called so yours might be today.

When I phoned this morning was told mine would go on today or next couple of days, was signed for on the 5th. Won't hold my breath if yours still not on a got the day before mine!

Have you had reward notice from hmrc smokie? When I asked yesterday about my documents he seemed unsure were they are! I don't understand that

12fedup12 I think they are envisaging a much longer backlog. We will see, I am not going to ring for 10 days now and then will ring again if I haven't heard anything.

Does anybody know what happens to renewals whilst the checks are being done? I had a text on 19th May that they had received my renewal and could take up to 8 weeks. Will I still get a renewal or will I have to wait until this is all resolved first?

ni not had ine yet, and untill recieve it it still wnt seem finished. i didnt send mine recorded either and didnt ask fir extension, and still recieving tax creds every wk, mine shut off was the 18th june

It looks like a week to scan a days worth of post. Unbelievable. And then some poorly trained staff to decide if you get to survive another week. God help us if we get

i ask hmrc about renewel when rang and he said would have ta speak to the cowboys about that. you put your trust in who you dnt know that your docs will be returned and there cnt even get that right.

Sent registered post signed for on the 11th and 12th - only got proof of employment letter after i sent off payslips, Bank statements, p45 - changed jobs,new contract stating hours eventi though payslips have hours on them , sent it as extra info check is for husbands earnings and hours.
Rang this morning to be told that they were told this am up to the 4th june is scanned on, so mine is either next week or even the week after
Renewal was sent 23 may to hmrc. Rang hmrc confirmed theyd received it n it was being processed .
Got letter yesterday from housing benefit saying theyve been given info from hmrc as they now share info between agencies with husbands wage for march n April which they have been given by his employer etc what i dont understand if they already know what he earns hours etc why are they making us all go through the stress of sending it all off to a third party who clearly cant handle the amount of paperwork that is being sent i sent in over 70 pages of docs plus covering letters

It seems so random. I read article online where they were asking a 55 yr old woman for all these documents for the sake of £15 a week tax credit. That's ridiculous!

my child leaves college soon and turns 18 prob have to go through all again

god knows how many i sent with statements wise as i sent three lots in plenty activity and was rather thick lol

Am the same! I renewed 1/5. But until I get award notice its not over!! I should feel better after yesterday but still have a bad feeling

Baby im the same. Got the quality control statement still waiting on letter but hmrc processing my award. We will be ok xx

I got a letter returning my documents and a note saying "I will write to you shortly regarding your claim"

Can someone please tell me if this means good or bad news? I feel sick
