Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Mel you have sent your stuff recorded yes ?

What date did they sign for it. The thing is you have proof of a signature its not your fault or responsibility to scan things on the system.

They would be at fault if anything was lost as you have proof they received it.

It's hard at the minute I know worrying about payments but all we can do is send them.

If they fuck it up we sue em lol.

Consent2trix · 26/06/2015 11:05

So tory parties only target working class people, they are a government who are only going to benefit those who earn soo much they do not need tax credits help, why would people vote for them, how on earth did they get voted in, how do we get them out? I haven't ever really understood who to vote for, who does what therefor I havent ever voted, lesson learnt!! I shall take notice Smile

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 11:07

They won't evict your for being a a month late on rent, it is acually a very long drawn out process to evict somebody, I am not advocating not paying your rent, but feeding my children is priority and why should I use a credit card and incurr fees for a situation that is out of my control. It's wrong to treat people that way.

What if they don't pay you for months like poor Morgan? if they stopped our tax credits can we claim housing beneift or do you have to claim tax credits to get housign benefit? Anybody know?

AdmiralCLingus · 26/06/2015 11:08

I cant find the link but its something like the tax credits act 2002

jonny82 · 26/06/2015 11:08

Consent2trix I neve used to vote lol until I realised what David Cameron does to the people like us.

He is a very much protect the rich and elderly (who majority have savings) and target the lower paid working class families like us.

How he got another 5 years as prime minister I will never know and we are now seeing the consequences.

Consent2trix · 26/06/2015 11:12

Admiralclingus, thank you for the onus information, I had no idea, despite doing research. X I cannot provide all the letters they require, bills as I burnt the lot in my garden after packing up ready for moving, I could only send bank statements, tenancy agreement, couple of letters, council tax letter and because of my lack of available documents I fear that is enough for them.

jonny82 · 26/06/2015 11:13

Fedup12 you do that.

You don't need the stress, let me know how your scary movie went lol.

Consent2trix · 26/06/2015 11:13

5 years of him and this oh shit!!
I suggest a coup hahahahahahhahahahahahahahaha

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 11:18

Scotland abandoning labour votes for the SNP swung it. I don't know why they voted no to independence, but now have voted for their nationalist party. I think working people are fed up for working for those who won't. I get that, but some people are naive and don't understand that pensions, tax credits and child benefit are part of the welfare bill too. So people who thought they wouldn't be affected because they are working despite being low paid workers never thought it would affect them.

People are thinking how has their neighbour managed a foreign holiday when they don't work and I work all the hours God sends and can't afford it. They think because they work, they don't get benefits and they are not included in the welfare bill cuts. They've got a reality check coming up with the summer budget due on 8th July. Be prepared for poverty.

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 11:19

Jonny82 they signed for it on the 4th June. I sent them on the 2nd June recorded. I did phone last week and was told they hadn't been processed yet. 41 minutes and still waiting......

jonny82 · 26/06/2015 11:20

Totally agree mel

Consent2trix · 26/06/2015 11:23

I wonder what % of the British public are about to be hit. It's going to be big
big. The amount of working class surely outweighs the amount those who do not rely on the help. They are making sure they are not going to be voted back if it affects as many people as it looks like it will.

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 11:28

3.7 million people will be affected approx. 2 million of those being working families.

I agree David Cameron is just protecting the rich. When will there be a prime minister that comes from a working class family???. And ladies I have made my kids and husband a promise that this weekend we as a family are going to have some fun and try and put this to the bk of our minds for one weekend at least

jonny82 · 26/06/2015 11:33

Twat

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 11:34

The thing is, a lot of those people will be pushed into a bracket for them CLAIMIMG housing benefit(I know we will under current guidelines, unless they change it) so it's actually not going to be saving that much, just pushing the costs onto local authorities In Housing benefits/council tax relief.

Plus the administration costs will probably far outweigh the 5 billion they are estimated to save by doing so. I also don't get it, what about the universal credits they are supposed to be phasing in, why not spend the costs on administration on moving people onto that system earlier instead. It really sends shivers down my spine thinking of what they have planned. What is their real game?

Business's have already said they cannot withstand paying a living wage, so his plans for higher pays and less welfare may not become a reality. It's more like less pay, less help and you are on your own, tough!

jonny82 · 26/06/2015 11:36

Good on you zola

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 11:37

Zolabud81 It's my daughters Birthday on Sunday, our deadline date. I can't tell you how much that has played on my mind over the last few weeks. It's like a pshychological torture plan. I have booked the tickets for a day out anyway and we will take a picnic.

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 11:38

Over 1 hour on the phone already but I have decided to hang on this time, so now every minute is costing me 11.5 pence and I'll be asking them about that, if I ever get through!

Mel25murf · 26/06/2015 11:49

Still haven't uploaded my documents to the system! ???? God give me strengths. I said how long, he said they were told 3 week back log and haven't had any update on that. Once they recieve the information, they aim to deal with it within 10 working days, but as quickly as possible! He was very apologetic bless him. I kind of felt sorry for him.
