A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

I had my documents back last Friday saying they will contact me shortly about renewal. Couldn't get through to them so I have just rang HMRC who have said they can see the childcare things on my file and not to worry, couldn't give me a timescale but should get my award notice soon.

It seems to have been June that the backlog started. Absolute joke.
I was originally told 10 days and call back to see if I had sent enough. That's long gone. They can't cope.
Although there was almost 70 pages

When did they get your documents Shaz?

Mine was delivered at 6.16 in the morning

Oh thank god was ment to ask that ages ago thank u 12fedup12 I don't hold much hope up mine been signed for on the 8th of june been scanned on buy the 30th if there still on the 4 th now. Just looking on the calender now there in the 4th of June which was a Thursday so yours was signed for on the the Friday the 5th so the still got the stautday porstvwhich was the 6th then there on to mine which was the 8th so they got to get through another 2 daya worth of post before they get to mine no chance mine been scanned on the 30th 12fedup12 I think yours will be scanned on by the 30th

They received mine on the 27th May

Chrissy4321 mine was signed for some of the name frost at 5.43 on the 8th june

Mine has my renewal form (which I had all ready done on phone with hmrc, but oh well give them what they want), 2 x a4 letters, 13 payslips, p60 and a 9 page contract

I am thinking of phoning again on Monday when I finish work, do you all think that will give hem enough time to get my documents on or do you think I should wait till later on in the week!

Feel really deflated and anxious again now, I had got my hopes up that my stuff would have been on the system!

I hope it's on by the 30th Zola this is getting ridiculous and the way they making us feel. The department in lancing should be working round the clock to get this sorted out!

I didn't enclose my renewal as I had already done this on phone before the concentrix letter. Maybe they will ask for that to be sent going by some of the other posts on here.

When im told them I had sent it but that I had already done renewal by phone with hmrc they said they didn't need it then but said doesn't matter, I didn't want to chance not sending, and others have said something about a box not beening ticked to confirm no changes so hopefully that is what they want

I hope so Zola I just feel like crying now, it's my own fault for getting my hopes up

Ill ring them on Monday morning 12Fed and update what day they are up too as we are both 5th and some others are too. Its driving me mad all this waiting

Chrissy4321 that's exact same signature that signed for min at 5.43 on the laptop when I check it comes up with that signature and underneath says frost me and u should be a canned on the same day my love will u keep me informed and I will u about when we get scanned on

Chrissy4321 I also did mine by telephone they never asked for the renewal on the letter from concentrix just bout my work hours and pay

Chrissy don't worry I renewed online before I received Concentrix letter and they never asked for my renewal. Mine was for other adult as well and like you my son turned 18 in April and registered to vote as long as you sent what they asked I'm sure you'll be fine. I received my letter from Concentrix saying no change haven't had my new award yet but have spoken to HMRC and it's processing and can take up to 10 weeks. Think they must have a backlog with Concentrix checks!

Where they are at. The guy at hmrc done my renewal and never mentioned concentrix. It came after. So hoping the renewal will show on the system.

Fingers crossed. my letter did say send renewal as well but was standard letter and when I phoned the guy said if I had done it on phone with hmrc then it should be fine but then we know they lie :(

Thank you efergie that would be great. Driving me as well, I feel so close to tears at the moment I really had got my hopes doing my best not to cry as don't want to upset my children

Chrissy the letter didn't ask for my renewal on the list of what to send it was in a different part of letter like you said it is a standard letter but I thought I might as well send it since I had it.
