A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Keep holding. I was on hold an hour this morning

They had mine exactly 3 weeks when scanned

The bank
Statements are required for the other person check to see if you are financially dependant, they do ask you for more information after they scan them if needed but I had a letter 2 weeks after the check and it took 6 weeks from scanning to tell me they needed more bank
Statements . The lady said the time scales are gone and hmrc have given them extensions to deadlines. I sent mine in again lost in post so
Sent special delivery they signed for them Monday so I'm expecting another 6 weeks wait so 12 weeks in all . What a piss take I have written my 2 nd stage letter to hmrc and then going to write to financial omnibudsman . They have not got a clue what they are doing and I wouldn't believe a word they say

5th of June for items I sent special delivery Zola, everything else sent first class so should have got on the 6th.

Mine is 3 weeks tomorrow baby, did they scan yours on Tuesday and close case same day or could they have been scanned a couple of days before that?

I no its horrible! But I was glad I phoned this morning! But am still worried! Lol think I won't settle proper until I get final award notice!

I'm just preying my p60 and my letter which is not headed paper or signed but printed by boss saying I get paid cash and I do 24 hours a week is enough eveidence as I can't go through all this agian if they say it's not enough evidencw

Nah from what I could make out they scanned and closed in the one day! Which was good! Maybe it was because I mentioned 2 weeks ago I need award notice for school uniform he said he would put note on file

I bet but some of the stress must have been lifted, I'm still holding been 55 minutes

What other information can they ask for
Scousejo?? I sent bank statement and mortgage statement and list of everyone at my address. That's all
They asked for. there were a few lodgements made for family who had asked me to pay stuff. Shows it going in and back out through debit card. I was going to explain it but the guy told Me not to into detail... Just hoping that doesn't hold it up.

Babyalan13 u will be fine yours is all sorted now just got to wait for your renewal now which won't take long

My documents are still not on the system, could be a couple of days to a week!

12fedup12 mine was received on 8th I wasrtold they should be on system on the 30th the bloke I spoke to this morning said they ate still scanning people who sent there on the 4th

She didn't tell me what date they were upto just should be a couple of days - a wee! Can't believe that it's taken them 3 days and they are still only upto scanning documents from the 4th as someone on Tuesday was told that was the date they were upto, going to take forever if it takes nearly a week to scan on mail received for one day!

To know they need other info when their post seems to take weeks to reach you. It would be much easier if they would ring but they won't. Too easy for them suppose

They don't always ask for more documents in my case I had print screened my bank statements instead of printing the documents off sane info but not good enough for concentrix . If you have sent the info they require they won't ask for anything else

Yep it's a disgrace shocking how long does it take to scan documents they must have a very small team scanning documents

I have sent everything they asked for this is just so frustrating!

Shows u how many letters they are sending out when. I posted mine on May 3 rd they were scanned on May 5 th

Quick question for everyone u know when u sent it by recorded delivery when u check on royal mail does yours say it was delivered by the worthing delivery office

Yes mine does Zola and when I went on google maps lancing is near the Worthing office so that must be the main sorting office

Mine says Worthing office at 5.42 in the morning with a squiggle for a signature. Id be hard pushed to identify the person if It was lost.
