A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Chrissy4321 I phoned mrc today and they said they are waiting for concentrix to finish there case till they finalise my renewal

Different part so I thought it was just a standard letter

What date was yours signed for again Jonny?
Did they tell you today they are still only scanning documents from 4th of June?

Zola when I rang hmrc they put me
On hold and then put me through to concentrix without even telling me. So I took that to mean they dnt know nothing :/

Chrissy4321 that was how the layout was on mine, I think it was just a standard letter but sent anyway did tell them I have done it already by phone they said that's ok it won't affect anything by sending it to them

Mine signed for 10th june. I'm sure she said about 4th June they up to.

Ok thank you Jonny, I have just got my self so worried because my stuff wasn't on there still and lady I spoke to didn't mention what date they were upto with scanning, and at first said my items will be returned in a couple of days then said a week

When I phoned hmrc Chrissy4321 they said the can't chase concentrix to complete my renewal till the 9th of July as that s when my renewal should be done by

Utdfan my deadline is 3rd of July, signed for docs 5th June. I asked while on phone if my tracking numbers was on there and I told her two different dates I had given it to them, she said was checking through the call notes and that they do have my tracking number on there. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since they were signed for!

Agreed I know I've done nothing wrong but this is just awfull the way they make us feel and next if Cameron gets his way we won't have tax credits anymore

Catch 22 u work for min wage and childminders want over half of that so its pointless. He's a dick and hasn't a clue what it's like. Zola hmrc couldn't tell me anything just transferred the call to concentrix and sure my deadline was 10 June. I think they just say whatever to get you off the phone. None of them have a clue. I told a guy to take my tracking number and he said he didn't need to as deadlines are out the window. They are real professional aren't they

Yes it does consent2trix, I know everything is ok with mine and that everything I have sent backs me up but can't stop worrying, just wish they would scan my stuff, send it back and then work on my case!
I just hope that once my documents are on that it is done as quick as baby's

Of this backlog really is ball down to the mail room why is nothing being done to speed it up they should have management and head office down there to see wtf is going on there! They need to hire more stuff and work round the clock to clear this up!

Our important documents with. Could fall into anyone's hands. I can see down the line it coming out thousands of personal information has been lost or stolen and you'll get an apology and sod all else. It shouldn't be allowed to happen.

Most of them don't seem to understand why we are so worried about our documents, doesn't take Einstein to work out that it contains private and confidential information and we want to know where our stuff is and that it doesn't end up in the wrong hands!
