A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Two days after my case was closed with Concentrix i rang HMRC and my renewal was finalised and issued that day.

So give HMRC ring in couple days they told me my new payments

Has anybody had there's scanned on when they received it on the 8th yat please m scared they have lost mine

They obviously lie. After an hour on hold the guy told me mine weren't scanned on and ring next week. He said they are only at the 3rd June ????they told someone that last week !

Omg u r joking me wats goin on I'm so scared now three Monday they have had mine

Sent 4th signed for 8th June he said they could be lost as not on system. I give him tracking number then he came back and said oh ok we are only at 3 June so ring on Wednesday should be on then. Friggin joke ????

sure they were at the 3rd at the start of the week!!

See Chrissy4321 this is what I'm worried about I sent mine recorded delivery and they received mine the same day and my p60 is my only proof off income Wat happens if they are lost ???

I got told they are at about 4th 5th June so Zola yours can't be on yet , its to early.

I'm 10 th June and she said not on yet.

Him today. My p60 bank stuff national insurance the heap. What happens with identity theft. don't think he cared. They aren't going in order my deadline was 10 June but still getting payments.

They told me 3 rd June on Monday and are 2 / 3 weeks behind from recieving to scanning

He told me 3rd June today. I think they just say whatever to get you off the phone..

And Chrissy4321 when did u receive your letter did u send yours back straight away I received min on the 4th of June sent it bk 5th of June and they signed for on the 8th

I got letter middle of May but had court case with ex for non molestation order so dealt with one thing at a time. And had to wait
For bank statements.

Zola I sent mine in 9th signed for 10th june

They got mine on the 5th haven't managed to speak to them this week to find out going to try tomorrow, will keep you updated

Said not on yet, she just said same as usual massive backlog I said yes that's all I keep getting told.

I said well you got my track number so I done all i can do apart from drive them down myself.

The funny thing is I spoke to a manager who last week and he said he completely understood the frustration and he will put a note on computer to say I spoke to him and he guaranteed my payments.

Needless to say when I asked is there a record she said no but she doesn't think managers put notes on ?

Wtf well I got all names and times of most my calls.

Zola they have had ours 3 weeks on Monday so hopefully they will be on by Wednesday. If baby's was signed for 2nd and her letter dated 23 I'd hope for Monday and will ring Wednesday.
