A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Will hmrc know anything though? My deadline is next week and the guy I spoke to the other week said it will all be sorted by then. I doubt that is the case though.

That sounds hopeful! Hmrc should know if case is closed or not. My deadline was Saturday past. But I've heard nothing

It is unfair that it takes so long and makes people stressed. I hope yours is sorted soon x

Omg!!!!!! I got threw after an hour. I give case number. He said it looks to be good news! But need to go through security first. Give all details. He said it was looked at 23/6. And case is closed with no amendments!!!!! I was shaking! Still am. The only thing makes me nervous is when I asked about documents and letter confirming this he said its a quality control. So got impression its not fully closed to then.but still sounds good doesn't it?

What date was your stuff signed for baby ?

Mine was signed for on 10th june but when I called this morn its not on system yet.

They received stuff on the 2 June. But didn't scan till the _23june. They must of done it the day they scanned it! Am still shaking!! Going to ring hmrc next week to see if they no its definitely closed!! I told the man this morning I think I've an under payment. But he wasn't really interested!!;

But not over until I see it in black and white!!!!!!!

Ah ok so you were a week ahead of me.

You are in a similar position to me I think as our income was nearly a grand under we estimated due to maternity.

I think the renewal will sort under payments etc baby.

Morning all so my deadline is today & guess what... I've heard nothing! They've had my stuff since 29th May. Tried to ring yesterday after work to no avail after 50 mins I gave up! I don't think I can bear ringing again to be on hold for an hour & not be answered like I did the other day. I'm trying not to think about it but it's always in the back of my mind no matter what I'm doing! This is just so stressful :-(

From sounds of that they are doing the employment checks quicker

I think you might be right. I got the impression concentrix don't sort out your payments. Yours should be sorted this day next week. Aye my income definitely went down with maternity am hoping to get one of those one of payments they give out!

Just pend up hmrc and they didn't day they case was locked to concentrix they just said it's with another department I'm so worried now had midwifes appointment yesterday and they said my blood pressure is through the roof

Aww thanks scousejo I hope so. I'd say they would be near the 8th now if they were at the 4th on Monday
