Kitykat they lie they don't call you back ring them lovely. I had to go yo bank yesterday. Sent a years worth of statements recorded delivery today after sending print screen of my statements over six week agai was told thu they are not acceptable and to send then again and then not iPhone for 4 weeks after they scan them on their systems so mine could take 3 mths to complete. What makes me so angry is they carry on payments and then if they find fault that's another 3 mths to pay back it's a joke, get complaining to hmrc they were helpful and offered to liase with Then but get this !!!!! Hmrc cannot phone concentix it has to be all done by email and it took them 4 days to email her back she says it's so frustrating !!! Lol

Bloody hell scousejo! They don't even talk to each other? That's unacceptable! This just gets worse n worse! I'm at the end of my tether now! Haven't slept all night, and thinking my fate will be sealed today , I can't take much more. I'm going to ring them now!

My docs have arrived back today!
They received 20th may told me was sent 27th may but date on letter is 3rd June it just says they will write to me soon about my claim!

We'll got through n spoke to a different person who couldn't put me through to guy from yesterday as there was no notes on the system and lots of people with that name there! . She asked why I was calling and I said I'd been told I'd have a telephone call today with an update on my case.
She said it had just been dealt with half an hour ago and no changes to my claim!! I'm ecstatic! I can eat n sleep again!
I'd recommend ringing them , option 6 and pushing for a decision as had I not called yesterday I don't think mine would have been looked at this quickly. I'm staying on here though to see how all you ladies get on and for support, thank you to all on here that have got me through this, couldn't have done it without all of you, just like to add as we'll to Morgan I'm still awaiting a reply from the mp I mentioned who may be of help to her.
I wish you all luck but will stay on the thread daily.

Babyalan they received everything 28 th may , so it hasn't took long but I'm sure it's because I've rang them and pushed it.

I would babyalan , convinced I'd have been waiting weeks otherwise, the guy I got through to yesterday was called Stephen if that helps, he s obviously set the ball rolling.
My deadline was 27th maryelizabeth, my documents were actually signed for a day late! . I didn't want to ring them at all but so so pleased I did.

Ahh thanks scousejo, nikki I waited about 30 mins to get through n spoke to a Hannah, I know I've read a lot won't give you the decision over the phone but she was ok when you pushed her a bit.

4/6 sent docs 11/5 posted back to me 14/5 (received back 26/5!! Must have gone via Mars)

I'm convinced they are working in deadline order

My case is still locked which means he said a decision is being made today he told me to ring Monday or later today but I am not gonna ring today . They don't discuss payments or overpayments this goes back to hmrc. So he told me definitely complete for Monday I told him I've been over paid a couple hundred he said to them ring hmrc once finalised but they can take payments monthly.

Will ring again next week
