They asked me my youngest s date of birth, I had to say it three times and they kept asking me if it was correct? For gods sake I'm sure I'd know! That was followed with oh dear our systems are down again ! She said she hated the systems they never work! Oh my god!!!

babyalan13 · 10/06/2015 22:04

There systems seem to be down a lot. Probably that's what is holding up our paperwork and decision. So frustrating

nikkif80 · 10/06/2015 22:06

I've had systems down twice I think it's when they working on your case.

The reason once they were back up running my files were scanned on

When I ring they ask case number sec questions then they said can't help systems down!!

izzy76 · 10/06/2015 22:08

Sadly i am not much better but i had to discharge myself as couldnt get there dad to have them for the forseeable and i was shiting it incase they are watching my house as he was here with the kids for the 4days i didnt want them to use that as a excuse to stop my money,I have a oxgen tank to help with my breathing and the nurse is coming out daily to give me a iv antibiotics,i also just got my phone bill its £90!!!! its normally £30.i have a good mind to send them the bill im so stressed out its all doing my head in,They need to change how they get there "evidence" as they way they are now is ob failing.

babyalan13 · 10/06/2015 22:14

Aww Izzy. You have enough going on. Don't like the sound of your phone bill. My mum and dad won't be happy! I sneak to theirs to use their house phone! I couldn't be ringing them of a mobile. I really don't think they will be watching your house they wouldn't have the resources to do it! It takes them months to even look at paper work!

babyalan13 · 10/06/2015 22:42

Tax credits casualties seems to have information if you have a letter about the single person one. Just had a nosy there. Type in tax credits casualties

Tango78 · 10/06/2015 23:19

Hi Kitty no I've never been told by Concentrix to ring HMRC the last time I spoke to them they just told me my case hadn't been looked at yet didn't even tell me my docs had been posted back and they arrived back later that day so feel that it's a waste of time ringing as they don't really tell you much and as others have said on here the system is down a lot. I've found though if you ring just after 8 am they are usually working! Think I may ring them tomorrow to see if they can give me an update if not may ring HMRC re renewal only trouble is you're on hold forever to them I'll keep you updated with how I get on.

mimz87 · 11/06/2015 01:19

haven't been on for a while but haven't forgot u guys. This is shambolic I've been catching up with all the posts it's terrible how they can put single hardworking mothers through this. I was told my case was no longer a concern but that was at least 2weeks ago and no letter to back it up yet I might add. Morgan u have to see a solicitor I can't see any other way. Uv tried everything else and doing things their way it's time to put ur foot down girl and get angry x

Kittykat60 · 11/06/2015 06:34

Been up since stupid o clock again! Nice. To see things are sorting themselves out for you mimz even if they can't do it formally( that would be too easy) so do I ring hmrc today? Is there any bloody point!

babyalan13 · 11/06/2015 06:59

Ring and see it won't do any harm

Kittykat60 · 11/06/2015 07:06

Yes think I will baby, hope I get through quicker to them than concentrix,

babyalan13 · 11/06/2015 07:08

Try now at 8. You might get straight through

Kittykat60 · 11/06/2015 07:34

Good idea baby I was on hold for 40 minutes to concentrix for nothing. Wish they would give us a proper timescale that we can go off instead of wondering how many weeks we have to stress out for

babyalan13 · 11/06/2015 07:40

I was on hold 25 minutes yesterday. Which was better than expected!!

Morgan97 · 11/06/2015 07:54

Izzy I really don't think they will be watching your house that would be too easy for them, they like complicated things really hope you're ok.kitty good luck with your phone call.baby that tax credit casualties is a good site to go on. Mimz nice to see you back on here isn't it awful so many more new ladies on here. I'm stressed up to my eyeballs but am trying to get yet another appeal sorted,I will continue to fight this i can't live on fresh air

Ring now. Got through straight away!

Ouchbloodyouch · 11/06/2015 08:26

Well... having just spoken to them I feel somewhat ill at ease..
I explained to the lady that I simply don't have a record of all my hours. (I bloody well will now!) She said to supply a diary of the last two weeks which is easy enough! As many payslips as I can provide.. which is also easy enough. Sounds simple doesn't it? Why do I get the feeling that this isn't going to be the end of it?
As I am my own companies employee where do I draw the line? If I quote or pop to b & q there is no money being generated. I've usually got a child in tow.

maryelizabeth71 · 11/06/2015 08:31

Ouch, yours is a common situation. Do you have an accountant who can verify it is a genuine business and the sort of hours you do?

Ouchbloodyouch · 11/06/2015 08:42

mary all my accounts are filed on time. Ive got records of people I sub out work to. Invoices etc. I have my payroll filed monthly...

babyalan13 · 11/06/2015 08:54

Was that concentrix you got straight through to?

mimz87 · 11/06/2015 09:36

Well for a start noone watches houses anymore they don't have the money or resources and kittykat how long now since u sent ur stuff and they received it?

Tango78 · 11/06/2015 10:18

hello ladies telephoned concentrix at 9.15 to be told their systems were down again told to call back later. He asked for my case number so he could record that I'd called never done that before but they say something different every time! I then decided to ring HMRC as I renewed online a couple of days before I got my letter from Concentrix got straight through all the lady could tell me was that they definitely had it and it can take up to 8 weeks and the renewal is waiting to be processed so I'm still no further.

nikkif80 · 11/06/2015 10:26

Tango

I renewed 28th April. I was told 8-10 weeks but HMRC said nothing was holding my renewal up and Concentrix told me they would deal with renewal at same time as investigation. So still not sure but im sure it will be completed after my investigation.

mumdad5 · 11/06/2015 11:05

hi everyone, just wanting your opinion, i sent all my docs off yesterday to concentrix registered delivery, i didnt send my husbands old contract because i didnt have a copy, i emailed his old company n they have sent me a proof of employment letter, now do you think i should send this in ?? everyone is saying to keep it simple so i dont want to confuse them by them maybe thinking thats all ive sent , do you think i should wait til they have scanned the other docs on - im confusing myself now ..please let me know what you think thanx x

nikkif80 · 11/06/2015 11:25

I would ring them and see what they say.
Cause if they don't have enough info seems that they will write again which can take weeks for more info!
