A letter from concentrix part 2

Hey ladies just realised you can't reply on the other thread about this not sure why,so thought I'd start a new one hope you all see this

Kitty they do have the authority to stop payments but I haven't heard or read of them doing so yet. I read of one case when they referred it back to hmrc compliance.

I don't think they have the experience or training they need and thats what is so upsetting , these people are lookng at our personal information.

God only knows in whose hands our information is in. It's completely wrong we are asked to hand over all our private and personal details of our whole daily lives and then we are left to worry for weeks or months on end. I am so angry.

Just of the phone again!! Neil this time! Lol they have received documents (thank god!) But not opened yet!! Typical! But I told him I'll be phoning next week again!! He asked if I had any changes I said no. Bar incoming going down a bit! I told him I need my award notice for to apply for school meals! I told him I've 3 at school and its 2.40 a day each!! I told him I can't afford that! He said he understands! Lol and other people have been asking the same! He said he will pit a note on my file to try and speed things up. So hopefully. But am just going to phone every week!!

Ciaradon aye 4 weeks! It was the childcare one. So suppose that's straight forward. And see got over £300 back!!! They had under pages! Hope that happens me! Lol

concentrix asked me for bank statements, payslips, letter from employers and my contract because they are querying my working hours!
I sent all of that special delivery today. £ 7.25!!

However they also wanted my renewal form but i haven't had one yet. What do i do ?
I didn't write no changes on the covering letter as I've seen some of you have done,.
My cut off is the 17th.

Stress head. If everything in your name. Should be grand.I'd definitely get them posted with a letter explaining everything you have said here!

Aye was the same! I didn't have my renewal! So sent everything else of instead. I had already posted renewal back to hmrc before I got concentrix letter. So when I phoned concentrix they asked if I had changes. They have everything on their system

Babylon when did they receive your documents if they aren't opened yet?

Sorry I've not been back for a while, I have been working on something behind the scenes as it were.

Totally gutted to see more people joining and that there's been no resolution for anyone yet!

To further demonstrate the incompetence of HMRC, I received a letter this morning stating

"
for tax year 2015-2016

thankyou for notifying us of your change of circumstances. Due to these changes you are no longer entitled to tax credits.

Please find overleaf details of your overpayment"

So I turned over thinking WTF, its all starting again, they've stopped my money again.....and all the totals are at £0.....

55 minutes on hold later, I'm told that my new claim is unaffected, its my entitlement from my previous claim (which they had closed because of the letter and not enough evidence etc)

What the actual fuck are these people playing at??? I felt sick and panicky when I opened it and ended up having to take the medication I havent used in nearly two weeks to calm me down while I waited for them to answer the phone!!!!

God admiral, I'm sorry we are dealing with dickheads!!! I'm so stressed its unreal!! Why are they playing these games with us all??

They received on the 2nd June!! But their backlogged!!

I've just plucked up the courage to ring them n they ve told me to ring hmrc in regards to my final renewal notice, I think this is strange as she told me my documents hadn't been uploaded on systems yet. Anyone else been told to do this??

Baby theyve had my stuff , scanned and returned it 7th May and I'm still waiting a month later. I've to ring on 16th if ive not received my decision but I know I won't receive it .

Kitty I had rung hmrc to renew and they couldn't as my account was blocked and had to ring Concentrix to renew. So you've been told the opposite. I despair over this , they have no consistency.

Exactly!! I queried the renewal he also told me to ring hmrc!! But I thought what's the point! I can't cope with this stress for another month! Am just going to keep phoning!!

Did they babyalan? Clara I am so stressing more now thinking if they ve referred me to her my payments must be stopping as they can't make a decision on it and if it is only hmrc that can do that I think I'm screwed to put it politely.

Baby you had already renewed before your Concentrix letter ? I got my renewal notice after my letter. It's all arse about face.

Kitty did you get your renewal notice before or after your Concentrix letter ?

Aww right! Aye cause concentrix seem to have something on their system about my renewal! Am so confused?
Kittykat is it concentrix or hmrc dealing with you?

I think if the check is opened after the renewal letter is sent then you renew with HMRC if its opened before the renewal letter you renew with concentrix.

Either way the renewal isnt finalised until the check is finished.
