It seems like different people get given different information...

When I asked for the name of the person I'm supposed to be living with, I was told they weren't allowed to tell me because of the data protection act! Just my luck to get the most incompetent one!

The more I hear the more f***g irritated I get....grrrr

I was told data protection too but it's all a lot of guff. They are targeting everyone to catch a fraudulent handful. They are hoping people panic and make mistakes or put their foot in it. It's also a way of looking at everyone's expenditure and keeping scanned information on record.

Aye kittykat!!!! That's what Rory from concentrix said!! Lol I was raging cause I've 3 at school who take dinners! I can't apply for them until I get my award notice! Any body get their award notice??

Baby it's none of their business what we spend our money on , they are looking for regular money going in and out and if it tallies with overall income.

I haven't received my award yet and renewed as part of the Concentrix check about 3 weeks ago. Generally I get my renewal before July.

Baby I was late putting my meals form in last year , I think it was at end of August and it went through very quickly.

Aww I hope so!! I couldn't afford 2.40 a day for 3 children!! I'd say it will be august by the time I get my award notice!

Baby the deadline for renewals is end of July and most of us have renewed already so we should get awards July by latest.I was told I will hear by 16th June, will keep you posted.

Aye please do! I renewed on the 1st may. But then received letter from concentrix 3 weeks later! So that must be holding it up!

I had the Concentrix letter first then my renewal and they're still dragging their feet. And everyone seems to be having such different experiences with them it's hard to know just what the norm is.

I no!! I might try phoning again tomorrow!! And explain I need my award notice! Not like they care but I'll say it anyway! Am taking wains on holiday too in July so don't want this ruining it! So just going to keep at them

Im sick phoning them. I was told last time to phone again if I hadn't received my decision by 16th. Waiting for postman like evetyone else on a daily basis. I know , it's awful just before Summer and wondering if money will be there for the kids.

That's what I was thinking!! Awful timing! But then would Christmas time be worse!? I just don't no! When I get my next wage am going to stock my cupboards up just in case! Were going to the seaside for 2 weeks so really need money for that

It was 28th May but I sent everything off first May and they returned them dated the 7th May ( received on 11th) so it's been over a month.

oh, Morgan, you poor thing. I have been watching your posts with interest. I too had the living together letter and have been totally stressed! my child was ill in hospital, my x stayed with my other child for 14days. My ill child is fed via a up all night, with alarms beeping etc. I am trying to work all day and stay up all night! I asked my x to stay 2 nights a week so I can sleep and this is considered living together I have written to concentrix telling them all this, but who knows. It seems we are guilty whatever we do. How can be up 24/7?

I think it's down to each case worker how quickly they get through their allocated cases because some are hearing quickly and some left hanging. Someone else didn't get a letter just their renewal after 7 weeks.

And some people are sorting things out over the phone. I'd love that!! Auk stress head what an stressful situation you in. Did they stop your payments?

Just spoke to a friend investigated by Hmrc not concentrix and they stopped her money but like Morgan no letter as yet . They know you only get 30 days to send in mandatory reconsideration sure that's why they take do long. Has anyone on here had their claim stopped by concentrix as my mate reckons it's only hmrc that can stop claims .

Funny I haven't heard concentrix stopping payments just hmrc! He said today they only stop if you don't send information

Only Compliance have stopped payments not Concentrix that I can see on here but Concentrix can refer cases back to Compliance if they can't make a decision.
