Baby I'm too stressed to ring ill either cry or swear. I'm visiting my dad so not at home but know two letters from HMRC are waiting for me both in brown envelopes one big one small so I'm over stressed now. Young mum if you've sent all they've asked for you should be ok,it isn't all bad news one lady on here went through the stress of having her money stopped but hers is all sorted now.

Youngmum24 · 07/06/2015 10:27

How long is it before people are getting a reply? It's only been about 9 working days that I sent my documents away?

babyalan13 · 07/06/2015 10:42

I no. I just want to no one way or another. If my payments do stop I wouldn't no were to go! I really hope you get good news with those 2 letters Morgan. Am sure you will. They really should back date. What information are they saying they want from you?

GreenishMe · 07/06/2015 11:09

Morgan, is your MP Conservative.....just wondered as you said he/she has gone quiet now?

I wonder if one of the opposing parties would be more likely to show some interest.

You seem to have suffered more than most of us (so far) at the hands of Concentrix but you're still the voice of reason on here. Fingers crossed the letters bring an end to all this shit for you.

Once again, here's the petition link for anyone who'd like to sign:

Young mum they don't reply straight away I'd give it at least three weeks to be honest.baby my situation isn't straightforward I share a house with a friend who isn't n never been my partner. I don't pay rent I just pay my council tax, towards the bills and all mine n dds food etc. I get receipts every month for what I pay,so I sent them plus a private agreement letter between us that's renewed every year. I sent them several letters telling them of the arrangements ie sleeping cooking etc,I did this in 2012 and it was sufficient enough then. Ok they don't have to believe me but I'm telling the truth. My mp is labour so god knows why he's gone quiet...like HMRC and concentrix all mps are liars. Oh and the reason I share a house instead of living on my own is that I can't afford to but they know all this. If my letters are bad news ill have a breakdown.

Ladies please sign the petition x

OP posts:
cazzymog · 07/06/2015 12:50

I've signed the petition. It's horrible how you are made to feel guilty after receiving this letter. I've sent all wages contract and bank statements as requested and like many of you just have to sit and wait! I keep thinking how they will pick up on things like why my wages still go in a joint account that my separated from husband and I had. ..simply because I've never changed it and I transfer to my own account. We both still have access to the account but parted on good terms so no issue with it. As we each have a child living with us we do use the account sometimes too. As I say perfectly innocent but made to feel guilty for nothing! ! Fingers crossed we all get sorted out. I feel for those of you that has had money stopped. I'm not due any for a couple of weeks so having to cut back incase.

Morgan97 · 07/06/2015 13:29

Always good to cut back after getting these letters cazzy I didn't think I'd have a problem is they accepted everything in 2012 how wrong was I,thought I struggled before but now it's awful I'm getting deeper n deeper into debt they don't care about the consequences of their actions I'm just left to get on with it

babyalan13 · 07/06/2015 13:36

What time you home tomorrow very curious what these letters say

Kittykat60 · 07/06/2015 15:09

How many have had a phone call from them after sending documents? Just wondering if they do call us or do they just seal your fate by letter?

Morgan97 · 07/06/2015 15:27

Baby I'm not home til about7 ish stressing about those letters again tho n I know I shouldn't but I can't help it. Kitty I'm not sure i didn't give them my number so they contact me by post.

OP posts:
babyalan13 · 07/06/2015 15:54

I give mine and my husband no.I'd prefer for them to phone me!!! Save me doing it!!I've decided to re post stuff I no that sounds mad!!!! But I'll feel better cause I no they will definitely have it. I photocopied everything I posted originally in work (in secret!!) So just going to post it again. Explaining how anxious I am and that I suffer from extreme anxiety to see if that helps

maryelizabeth71 · 07/06/2015 17:04

To be honest I wouldn't bother. Did you sent it signed for? Have you called to check they've received it? I don't think they accept copies and you risk confusing things!!

I would call and check they've received and then leave it!

Morgan97 · 07/06/2015 17:11

Baby I agree with maryelizabeth to be honest if you resend your stuff you'll just confuse them and they don't need any encouragement in that department they haven't a clue what they're doing anyway must admit it made me chuckle thinking about you photocopying in secret. But ladies if you can please send your stuff recorded delivery then you can check they've got it n take a screen shot for your records they're very fond of saying they haven't received anything when they have, they're a bunch of liars

OP posts:
Tango78 · 07/06/2015 17:31

babylan I wouldn't resend as it will confuse and may delay things. If you sent it recorded and it has been signed for this is your proof that they have received it. Concentrix scan all the docs on they received mine 5th May and I got them back on 29th so 24 days in total and I'm still waiting for my decision letter and am due my monthly payment on Wed so wondering if it will go in to the bank! Unfortunately it is a waiting game and I think it is long and drawn out on purpose. Hope it's good news for you Morgan you've gone without for long enough fingers crossed Smile

Morgan97 · 07/06/2015 18:02

Thank you tango,it's definitely a waiting game, they wait to see who breaks first. I'm so stressed I can't think straight n I know I'm being silly cos it won't change the outcome of the two letters waiting for me. It seems so one is interested in helping me it's made me lose faith in the system for sure.

OP posts:
babyalan13 · 07/06/2015 20:51

Lol OK!! There's me having everything ready!! Would I be best to send marriage certificate but? Cause my work contract is in my maiden name? I could post that along with a letter saying why I am sending it

Sloulou88 · 07/06/2015 20:59

I probably would to be honest! Just to be sure!

Morgan97 · 07/06/2015 21:16

They nit pick about every sodding thing, any excuse to make us wait I've said right from the start send every sodding thing they ask for. And when they've asked for everything they ask for something else.

OP posts:
babyalan13 · 07/06/2015 21:41

I really hope your letters is good news tomorrow. I think everyone on here is hoping the same.

LynB73 · 07/06/2015 23:51

If they wanted anymore information how quickly would they ask for this? I received their letter on the 5th May even though the letter was dated 30th April and in the letter they asked me to send everything back by the 29th April!!! I phoned up and spoke with someone who said that they actually want me to respond by the 29th May (not April). I wrote and sent my documents on the 8th May. The documents were returned to me and received by me on the 23rd May (their letter was addressed the 13th May). I tried to phone HMRC to see if they had any news for me but I was on hold for about 10 minutes. I hate this waiting game. The only issue they raised was that they believed that I might not be single and when I phoned up they named my ex husband - I sent off the documents to prove that he is my ex - why does it have to take this long to hear back from them?

nikkif80 · 08/06/2015 07:56

Hi I'm in similar position.
They have my docs from 20th may confirmed they have been sent back could take couple weeks as they post in batches:
I have chased 27th May 3rd June and case hasn't been looked at yet. I think they have sent too many letters out in one go and see now back logged with letters. I am going to ring again next week.

I hate waiting especially when no one yet knows how they handle over payments.

babyalan13 · 08/06/2015 08:04

Can I ask is it just people who are working getting these letters!!?

Morgan97 · 08/06/2015 08:05

Thank you baby. Who knows why thy take so long,it's like they're playing games with our lives it's awful that they get way with this. I shall be back home later and falling over myself to open my letters. Feeling stressed again thank you all so much for your support

OP posts:
Kittykat60 · 08/06/2015 08:07

So you haven't got yours back yet nikki? God knows how long it takes, I've a feeling baby it is just us working receiving them, seems we are a target.
