Hey ladies just realised you can't reply on the other thread about this not sure why,so thought I'd start a new one hope you all see this

I am the same! I work 30 hours but only for 44 weeks as I term time! Does that mean I shouldn't claim for 30 hours? Am so confused!

Don't worry. Its right to put down thirty hours. I'll see if I can find the link later but for term time workers it gave an example of someone who worked for 42 weeks only at 30 hours per week and said they were right to do this. So that's fine. My worry is writng that I do thirty when my contract says 29.5 as I have to claim the additional hour that I do the club for separate. It's horrible worrying about it all isn't it? !!!

Aww don't talk!! This is all I think about!!! Thanku. You will be OK. You sent time sheets. I couldn't send time sheets as we don't have them in my work so am panicking about that! I work for sure start and not a school so I hope am entitled to the 30 hour! I've been claiming it for the last 3 years!! They received my stuff on Tuesday when you post yours? I just need to no one way or another!!;

Think we all need to know,I'm not home at the moment I'm visiting my dad but I know there's 2 letters from HMRC waiting for me one big one small,don't want them opened cos just know its bad news n don't think I could cope. I'm sure you are ok. Posted mine yesterday. They had asked for tax credits renewal form too..I had already done that and received new award!! All very odd.

Apparently both letters are in brown envelopes aaaarrrgggghhhh why did I come away to see my dad this week. Suspense is doing my head in.

My renewal was in a brown envelope and so was my concentrix letter was also a brown envelope.
Hope yours is good news!

Well KittyKat if they haven't seen sense ill be on a mission cos I can't live like this anymore n if I get no joy then ill just get myself sacked n join Benefits Britain,been watching it on tv these past few weeks n makes my blood boil, but if you can't beat em join em! I'm trying to set a good example for my dd and I get all this stress for my trouble it's bloody disgusting

Hiya ladies i am so so poorly with pneumonia & pleurisy my dr wanted me in hospital as last time i spent a week in icu but i had no one to have the kids.I bet its all brought on by stress im not sure i can cope much more.The only good thing to come out of this the letters for someone else aint coming as often since i reported it to action fraud and called the tracing agencys,Had a brown letter arrive took me over a hour to open it and its just a letter saying i need to renew my tc its dated 2 days after i renewed it with C directly do you think i need to renew it directly with the hrc?
Morgan hope things change for the better soon its my sons b/day next week and i dont have any money for a card let alone prezzies :(

Thank you izzy,hope you're feeling a bit better now.if I were you I'd give tax credits a call if you can do it without swearing or crying ( that's why I've not rang them) see what they say. It was my dds birthday on 28th may I had no money for anything for her,she's 12 now so understands but it broke my heart she went without. I'm visiting my dad in London at the moment n I've got two letters in brown envelopes one big one small that arrived on Monday,I'm too scared to get anyone to open them for me n I'm not home till next Monday aaaggghhhh

I really hope its good news and shall keep my fingers crossed, I spent 5 hours yesterday with the dr xrays ect got strong antibiotics and was told to up my morphine so now on 10/15ml every 4 hours :( aint stopped crying and not eaten in days :( i hope its all over with soon C are a bunch of c*s,Ive sent a letter to my local mp just hoping she gets intouch soon.

Bloody hell izzy poor you this on top of everything,have they stopped your money too? I seriously haven't a clue what I'm going to do if its bad news,I've exhausted every avenue I keep looking on different sites in case I've missed something it's taken over my life it's awful

Hi all, rang hmrc 35 minutes on hold,asked about renewal being sent before receiving concentrix letter - he said mine was in process of renewal but u have to ring concentrix,rang concentrix 15minutes on hold to be told systems are down !!, told her id already sent renewal in before id got their letter told it was ok as info would filter down from hmrc,told her i hadnt got contract for husbands old job,told this was ok as long as payslips have hours worked on them, was also told to write cover letter stating there are no changes to report on renewal because they dont have a box to tick n they would write to you yet again about any changes ! Hope this helps a bit, will be sending my docs off next week feel sorry for the post mans back !! Still trying to fight the anxiety xx

Mumdad5 did you have to send bank statements and letter from employer to? I had to get a copy of my contract. The whole thing is so distressing!!! Is it expensive to ring concentrix? I don't have a house phone
