I had a miscarriage at the weekend, this is my second since Feb, we are obviously devestated after losing our son last Sep. The miscarriages are causing us a great deal of concern, not only due to the fact that we have lost our babies but the fact that both happened exactly when the second period would have been due. We are thinking very carefully about trying again because we can't go on like this. Has anyone out there experienced this kind of problem? I carried my son full term without much problem until the end, and we just don't understand why we are losing our babies in the second month.

Brookstone, I think we are close to sharing an anniversary (ours is the 25th). I'll be thinking of you especially.

Brookstone · 17/08/2003 08:57

thanks marina. will be thinking of you on the 25th. ours is the 29th. it's difficult, isn't it...just knowing that the anniversary is just looming around the corner. i'm suddenly crying at everything again, for no apparent reason. i don't think it's hormones, just the fact that it's this time of the year again. hope you are doing ok. LOL

Every thing is fine so far, the scan showed as being 12wks 3 days. Little bean was doing acrobatics. I feel a lot more relaxed now. The staff at the clinic couldn't do enough for us, which was very reasuring. I have my care card and lots of extra appointments. so fingers crossed.
I will keep you all posted
