Hello!
Back from gay Paris having had a truly wonderful time! Spent the days wandering round Montmatre/Sacre Cour or in Luxenbourg Jardin reading a book in the sunshine! Evenings we went to see some of the bigger sights - EIffel Tour, Louvre (wow!), Grand Arc, Champs Elyesses.
Unfortunately couldn't sample all of the cheese, pate and alcohol for various reasons but still had a fab time.
Hope everyone else is ok.
BL - are you still holding on to that bump?
Browny - when does DS2 go back to nursery? Or does he start school this year? Might give you some well earned rest. Re: my neighbour - she can't kick him out, it's his house. They aren't married. They row like cat and dog sometimes so loud that we can hear them in our house (we're detatched!). She has a room set up at her mum's for her and DCs (think there is some benefit fiddling going on). Most of the time when his car is there, her's isn't and vice versa. This must be about the 5th time this year he's been away without her. Sometimes he takes older child. Very sad. ON the other hand, if I knocked on their door at 3am and asked them to look after DDs, I know they wouldn't hesitate. They are good neighbours in that way, just a shame about other things.
Nemo - how goes the bathroom? Or are you and DH just getting plastered!!!! Arf
DD1 doesn't start school until 8th but will be in full time straight away. We'll be around next week, but not on Wed or Thurs...I have appt to get foot looked at, appt at DD1's school and dentist.
If weather is good would love a meet up at Calderstones since I missed the last one. MD - you could drop off DDs (with supplies for DD2) and then go home for a sleep!
