Okay, it appears pick the Friday before half term is a tupid idea (see this thread) so we are trying again. Squiffy and I have come up with some more dates. Anyone who wants to join us is welcome to do so.

Please vote on dates by adding your name to the list on the days that you can attend:

Oh, and if you are coming to the Christmas meet-up this is a good opportunity to make a few new friends before the big do.

I've never met anyone from MN in RL either, so you're in good company (at least knowingly, and excepting one person who I knew before MN and who drew me to MN in the first place). I am just being (for me) brave, on the basis that it's about time I made an effort to try and sort myself out a social life!

Funnily enough, dh was fine (if a bit bemused) about me meeting a bunch of people that I only knew online, it was my dad who said 'I can't believe you're doing that'!

Oh, he'll be fine (particularly once I explain it's a bunch of accountants, analysts and bankers for the most part ), and probably relieved that he doesn't have to be involved. But probably bemused, yes.

Balancingact, through some registration cock-up is now knackeredbutnice.
