OK...any advance on the 17th Aug FOR A BIG GIRLS NIGHT OUT. That's a night out for grown-up girls, as opposed to a big night out...if ya get my meaning!?

Jaamy
SA2
Nemo
BL
Browny
MasieDaisy - haven't seen you post for a while, hope you are ok???
BVVB??
joec??

Taxi is open to anyone between here (Whiston) and town, if that's where we're going - SA2 (I'm a sucker for a cute smile!), Nemo, MD? who else? I've got room for a couple more. Sorry BL - too far to go to yours and back in to town - I'd be driving all night.

Since I don't get out much I can't volunteer any suggestions for where to go but I think the chinese karaoke was a popular suggestion last time. Unless we can find something in BL's neck of the woods to save her getting a taxi all the way in to town??

Anyway, unless there's any objections I'm gonna write 17th August on the calendar!

SunnyJaamy · 27/06/2007 22:03

Actually have started a new thread but can't do links. Could someone please oblige? It's called "This way for a long overdue night out in Liverpool!"

Ta x

Browny · 27/06/2007 22:15

Thanks for that Stoppin, they sound great places to visit. We're not sure what dates we'll be there yet, it could be last week of July or the first or second week of August ('cos of dh being on his annual shut down). I'll let you know though .

Browny · 27/06/2007 22:18

Put me down for the 17th August too please Jammy and if I'm not too far out of your way, could I please book a seat home with you too please? (even cuter smile than Stoppin).

Thanks for the link, Nemo. Now stoppin can have her Sefton Park thread back!

Browny, I'm sure I can squeeze you into my mini bus but someone will have to stay sober-ish to give me directions!

Browny · 28/06/2007 17:52

BVVB, yes they're all off tomorrow! We had a reminder slip on Monday, but it was in one of the newsletters ages ago. So what have you got planned for tomorrow with her now then? If it's nice I'm taking them to Calderstones if anyone wants to join us .

Browny · 28/06/2007 17:53

Nemo2007 · 28/06/2007 17:59

I cant sorry now got to clear out cupboards as we have builders starting the middle of next week..eeekkkkk Am so scared as never had major work done before and especially with all the little fish being around..typically I gave up my steriliser a couple of weeks ago because we have a dishwasher which is now going to be taken out to knock through the kitchen and dining room..wish us luck as not quite sure how this is going to work...lol

Boredveryverybored · 28/06/2007 18:14

We're off to Dublin for the weekend tommorow, am annoyed now, I booked a late flight cos I thought dd was in school! lol we could have gone first thing.

Boredveryverybored · 28/06/2007 18:23

Just reread this, and not sure whether you were refering to me being blonde or dd BL?
I was blonde I think when I last saw you..my hair is black now, I like drastic changes! lol

Browny · 28/06/2007 18:34

BVVB, you've gone black? Good job you told me, I've been looking out for you with your blonde hair! Can't you reschedule your flight, it might be worth asking. Have a lovely weekend!.

Biglips, I'll check the weather out now, but there's no way I'm staying in the house with four kiddies, I'll take them on a train ride to Southport if the weather is bad, we can have a meal and then come back .

Nemo, good luck with the building work, I don't envy you at all, as we went through all that commotion three years ago when I was pregnant, we had no washing machine, sink or cooker for two weeks! I've got a sterlizer you can have if you are stuck, it was ds2's but it still works fine. .

Boredveryverybored · 28/06/2007 18:42

No wonder you havn't seen me then Browny, I've been dark since last year!

Boredveryverybored · 28/06/2007 18:43

I did think about rescheduling the flights but they're cheapy ryanair ones, costs more to reschedule than the flights cost in the first place! lol

Nemo2007 · 28/06/2007 18:44

Browny they can come here and empty cupboards if they wish..or even better keep the little fishes entertained while I empty them

Nemo2007 · 28/06/2007 18:46

Oh and before I chuck it on freecycle does anyone want a beech bookcase with 2 glass shelves it is 80cms wide x 106cms tall x 28cms deep.
