No can't make thursday i've already made plans as its my day off.

I've just had to get ds out of bed. He woke up and wouldn't settle back so i piced him up and he felt soooooo warm so i took his temp and it was 39.4 he's happily sat playing downstairs in his nappy now still warm. He can have more calpol soon tho.

Poor thing. He might be coming down with what we have had...

oh look - it's 5.19 at I'm up. Supposed to be going to Leeds today but I don't think I'll bother - the monkey is snotty (must have got the slugs from yours, Hanlou!!!) and I am going to be too tired for trekking over there when it's half term. (can you tell I'm grumpy, I don't like this time of the morning )

Not rubbing it in or anything ginger but i've only just got up. dh got up with baby phoenix at 7.30 and left me in bed

ha ha beat this , I've just got up, I'm not dressed and dh has just made me some soup and is now making, yes I said making some bread. I have some kind of monkey sickness and before you ask it isn't self inflicted.
Today is the first day ever in our xx year relationship where dh has taken a days leave to look after me and monkey junior - think he fancied a day off really monkey jr loves it cos he can do anything he likes

Monkey, p*&s off with your DH looking after you! My monkey is sat watching telly now and is quite happy, he's got a bit of ribbon up his nose and is humming to himself. He's never ill for long, he'll be fine tomorrow probably (he'd better, he's having MMR!). I didn't want to go to Leeds and meet new people with him being a bit off, they might have thought I was a bad mother taking my snotty pukey child out!!! I went to see Hanlou instead and had a sausage sarnie, the monkey got germs from her kids anyway so she was safe! . I will be a busy bee next fri, coz it's our meet up and Leeds' too and I am going to do both!!!!!!!!!!! Theirs is in the morning and ours is at 1.30 so I can make it back for then! I must admit, I haven't seen the sights of Flockton so would love to. I could show you the sights of Midgley. New Hall Prison is beautiful and so is Earnshaw's woodyard...

DH was well last time I looked Wisemonkey, nice of you to be concerned though!! DS is fine in himself apart from his jerks! Have managed to get a consulatant apppointment for 4.00 tomorrow which is great. Scary but great!

Actually the wiseone was right to be concerned. I left my lap top at home today and not only did DH bring it to work for me out of the blue, he also found my mobile and put that in too He does not usually a)notice anything b)remember to do anything.

Then I came home after a full day at work and hey, guess what .....no tea, piles of washing everywhere ... oh well, he had at least one moment!
