Unhallowedground - I swear by Vit E. Toptip: If your LO ever gets that sore red patch beneath their nose, after having days of a runny nose, two days of Vit E oil applications will completely cure it.

DH used it to get rid of scars on his face where he got burnt many years ago and it worked for that too!

Have just sat and worked out my maternity leave/pay for next year. Although we'll be even more skint than usual, just working out the time I'll have off has almost cheered me up.

But not completely though ....

Which reminds me of something DD said yesterday morning. I was trying to convince her that she would rather be a princess than a pirate for holloween and when I said "Don't you want to be a princess?" she said "Pirate! Pirates are not nice people. Pirates be naughty." With a cheecky little grin as she said the word "naughty". Is this a sign of things to come?!?!?!?

Parking:

You can, me thinks, park down the side streets opposite. BUT the restrictions vary a lot, so check the times on the notice (usually 8am-4.30pm, but some are 10am-12noon, and the really scary ones are something like 7am-8.30pm)
