I have given this a lot of thought over the years

Now, according to Justine when I asked about this ages ago, to have an emoticon which is basically calling someone a twat would conytravene the MN no abuse policy . So, I suggest that the emoticon would be a little orange goldfish (it is an urban myth that the true dictionary definition of twat is a pregnant goldfish). You can just announce to the masses that the fish emoticon is to be used for when you think something is 'fishy'. But us in the know will know it really means you think someone is a twat.

Come ON, you know it makes sense.
