I was on my best behaviour Grin

BecauseImWorthIt · 22/05/2011 18:08

I found it really hard standing next to you TFMDV because you are so young and lovely and beautiful Envy

FellatioNelson · 22/05/2011 18:12

But you are beautiful too BIWI. In a short way. Grin

Heck, we were all gorgeous.

thefirstMrsDeVere · 22/05/2011 18:16

BIWI Shock

Dont be mad.

You are lovely. So there.

Everyone looked lovely. Not a minger amoung us. What are the odds?

EggyAllenPoe · 22/05/2011 18:20

i was very pleased to have an occasion warranting the wearing of said dress!

was nice to meet and hug you TFmDV!

though not enough time spent talking.

thefirstMrsDeVere · 22/05/2011 18:27

It was lovely to meet you and the Mr eggy.

Bit hard to talk with that lot making all that noise though. Hmm

Noisy lot

Grin
FellatioNelson · 22/05/2011 18:31

It was only Alouiseg. the rest of us were like nuns. Honest.

Shodan · 22/05/2011 18:59

Oof.

Four hours' alcohol induced coma sleep followed by a day at my brother's. Way too much food and alcohol for one weekend.

What a fab night though. Tick tick V G to methods and Val. Sterling work. Am definitely hiring you to organise all my future parties.

And aren't we all beautiful and lovely? Oh yes. Grin

Sadly didn't get to use the breakfast voucher AnnieLob very kindly gave me, due to having only half an hour to try and make myself look alive presentable for my day out. Not easy when your head keeps having a party all by itself and your limbs let you down at odd moments.

SpringchickenGoldBrass · 22/05/2011 19:03

I have done work and managed to not to throw up on any survey respondents. But then I am a hardened pisshead woman of considerable experience.

LawrieMarlow · 22/05/2011 19:14

Hello :)

I had a lovely time and was sorry not to talk to more people. Am v glad I managed to resist ALouiseg's attempts to get me to drink tequila Grin

Have been working all day [humpf]

About to go off back home to York again - when's the Christmas meetup then?

bigkidsmademe · 22/05/2011 19:18

It was lovely to meet so many of you :)

When I got home DS was asleep but as soon as I was there he woke every half hour! I only slept 7-9 aaaaaagh

About to go to bed! At least at Christmas I won't need to leave early to do a night feed

smokinaces · 22/05/2011 19:34

I am no longer hungover, thanks to a huge fattening Sunday roast at the local carvery and a chelsea bun. Yum.

I am definately staying longer next time. Now I'm not scared of everyone!

bigTillyMint · 22/05/2011 19:57

It's great to see so many planning to go to the next one, despite the hangoversGrin

Blatherskite · 22/05/2011 20:16

I almost forgot to say a huge Thank You to CJ too for the lift back to Euston. I was very, very grateful not to have to walk it alone but didn't get a chance to say much due to having to hop out and let you get moving out of the bus lane.

Thank you. Mwah!

GetOrfMoiCase · 22/05/2011 20:22

I had a lovely time Smile However I fell put face first onto the platform at Woodford station, cackled loudly at myself and then looked back at the sea of faces on the train. Had to pick myself up and stumble like Bambi in my ridiculous platforms. Ah well.

Fellatio and Alouise - you didn't seem at all pissed. I thought we were all cold stone sober Grin. I didn't realise I spent so much time outside, every time I tried to get back in I saw someone else to shriek at ('Custaaaaaaardooooooo!!!'). And I spent a confusing 20 minutes in the toilet naked from the knees up after getting tangled up in my jumpsuit/bra/safety pin contraption.

What was so surprising (and nice) was that everyone was as nice in person as I think they are on here - everyone I met was so lovely and such a SCREAM. And I was so pleased that Pagwatch was able to make it.

Mind you, I did spend some time talkingin to MrsDV and Funsized who have loads of children and both look 22. They both looked so young!

And I made sure I avoided standing next to Methods because she is too beautiful, slim and elegant and I felt like a gurt big frazzled pantomime dame in comparison!

You were all lovely and it was so great to meet you all, but I think I missed speaking to so many people which was a real shame. I definitely would love to go to the next one. Thanks methods and val for all your hard work.

GetOrfMoiCase · 22/05/2011 20:24

Fellation and Alouise it was a very quick goodbye at Liv St - it was all 'FUUUUCK the trains' and 'lovelytomeetyouseeya' and run.

Plus I think at one point I said 'where the bloody hell is Justine then' at 89 decibels at which point someone said 'erm she is right behind you'. I was too nervous to say hello so just ran away Blush

FellatioNelson · 22/05/2011 20:35

We thought you'd buggered off home without telling anyone GetOrf, and bumped into you coming up the stairs just as we were going down. How funny - and all that time you were trapped inside your own jumpsuit. Grin

That is such a hilarious image. Arf.

GetOrfMoiCase · 22/05/2011 20:45

I had no idea that I spent so much time outside - I came back up to get a drink and find everyone and realised it was time to leave.
I was obviously drunkenly rambling on to every poor sod I had met.

I wanted to talk more to you Fellatio - we had just started talking in Smiths and I hardly saw you and alouise fo the rest of the night.

I am VERY GLAD I avoided the tequila mind you. That would have been messy.

well it sounds like you all had a drunken time.

Maybe next time...

nickelbabe · 23/05/2011 09:56

I missed speaking to GOML and supersal (although we texted, but I didn't see her whne we were on there - son't know how I missed her, because she was supposed to be with Custy, who I saw but didn't speak to)

Not impressed that all these posts from yesterday and noone mentioned me :( :( :( :( :( :( Hmm

Grin

Anyone want to know the truth about pagwatch and her inability to snog some without getting sooooo carried away she throws her drink everywhere?

And, I was speakign to someone at the very end, just before I left, but i don't know who it was !!!!
(I thought it might be goml, but she had no badge - very young -looking)

FellatioNelson · 23/05/2011 10:03

Young looking? That must have been me Nickel.

nickelbabe · 23/05/2011 10:17

no, it wasn't you - i spoke to you loads in the evening - I know you're not young-looking Wink

All I got from her was "you're pregnant!" so it must be some I know!
Grin

MissPenteuth · 23/05/2011 10:34

NotShortImFunSized is very young-looking (cropped blondeish hair, was wearing a light blouse and black blazer). Could have been her?

NotShortImFunSized · 23/05/2011 10:42

Err Nickel, don't know how many of us shrieked "you're pregnant!!" at you, threw themselves at you in some kind of bear hug and went on and on about how I didn't realise it was your first so I am presuming that was me Blush Blush

You're really lovely though and didn't tell me to do one or look at me like I am a total freak which no doubt being sober is what you were thinking

Grin
