on the oct thread she said she was having to stay in so if shes in labour/had baby she will still be in.

although didnt know hospital had internet access...lol If thats the case I will be on while in..pmsl

Fast asleep had a girl at 10.37am today.She is back home apparently so am sure she will be around tommorow...hope she doesnt mind me posting

Thanks for everyone's good wishes - Went in yesterday, sweep performed, couple of small "shows" and now...nothing. Back in on Friday for repeat performance if nothing has happened when we'll talk about induction.
Now, what to do with a hyper 20 mth old when you're nearly 42 weeks pg on what looks like is going to be a very wet Wednesday...hmmmm????

Ooh, while I'm on - anyone got any recommendations of local outlets for good quality solid wooden bedroom furniture? Trying to get some for DD's room (preferably white) but all that I've found is MDF flat pack jobbies - even in John Lewis and Next, etc...

aww jessymummy fingers crossed something happens for you. I was never offered option of a sweep by womens just an induction...which by 12days over I was biting thier hand off for it and that was without having a toddler..this timeI am begging for one on due date with it being week before xmas etc..lol

Yes, it is a bit of a struggle with DD at the moment but my usual babysitter (DM) jetted off to Rome for 10 days on Monday - how bad is that timing? All other alternative sitters work during the week, except for nextdoor neighbour who does take DD for an hour here and there but she's 25 weeks pg with toddler herself!
Seeing as it has actually turned in to such a nice day, I've just been out for a hour long walk to get DD asleep and try to get #2 awake and "heading towards the light"...
HOpe everyone else managing to enjoy the nice weather.

eve started nursery on monday and it was a big success..
she loves it.. no crying at all and has settled in straight away...
it is so quiet without her but nice to spend some time on my own with owen

Am in tomorrow at 1.45 so hopefully that will kick things off for the weekend. If you don't hear back from me then that'll be a good sign. Hopefully I'll have some good news over the weekend. Just annoyed that my maternity leave is dribbling away and I'm not getting to spend it with #2 and the extra time that I'm spending with DD isn't quality - can't run around after her when the size of a house!!
