I am able to meet anywhere and dont have a very full timetable so just let me know..lol Are most of us in south liverpool...and browny, edodgy and vici are all round corner from each other. I am ok to travel as have the car.So depends on biglips and joec.

fastasleep · 02/10/2005 08:43

Ooh have fun, I might come to the next one.. I feel like I'm going to pop any minute and have a terrible cold lol... Us preggers ones could have a showing off our babies meet (with everyone else too of course, to show off the babies to!)

MummyToSteven might want to go, but I bet I'll forget to ask her

biglips · 02/10/2005 10:16

oh well poor baba is full of cold the day after her birthday!! (atchoo!) as she was in bed at 8.30pm, woken up with a sick burp and was wide awake till mnidnite so fat chance of watching a movie so watched The match of the day!!!!!

biglips · 02/10/2005 10:17

yea i have a car myself too but if meetup is in town then i prefer to go by train as the cost of the parking fee is DISGUSTING!! (£1.00 per half an hour)

Nemo1977 · 02/10/2005 16:41

Afternoon have we set up a date for a meet up or just seeing how things go?

well back from thomas..obviously and was a lovely day Adam was soooooooo excited with the trains etc. Pil brought a picnic..bless and also paid for everything so we spent a grand total of 80p on a hot choccie for me..lol Adam was lovely but his nurofen started to wear off on the train trip home so was looking more pale and saying his ears hurt..poor baby..so have ocme home and given him another dose so he is starting to perk up. SPD has been an absolute mare so dont think I will be walking by tonight..lol Well worth it though when I saw adams face looking at thomas..lol

vampiremelly · 02/10/2005 18:56

Don'y yhink we have a date yet, I though we could decide on where first then see when we're all able to do it
I'm absolutely knackered today, was up all night!!

vampiremelly · 02/10/2005 18:57

I can't even type properly! lol

BROWNY · 02/10/2005 19:03

Hi Girls, it's been a bit of a mad weekend - as usual, it's impossible to sneak on here for 10 minutes!!. Edodgy, we have the same doctor's surgery - I live in the square by the little row of shops, butchers, chemist, sweetshop & florist!!

Vicimelly, seeing as we are all quite close to each other, how about a meet-up in Grandmas's just for now, seeing as it's just by Asda in Huntscross? The little-uns love it and we can get some lunch there too - just a thought!

Has anyone heard how Jessysmummy is? I haven't seen her post for a while?

Well, I'll have to catch tomorrow as I've got to get all the kids bathed ready for school in the morning!!

Hi everyone!
SBrowny - sorry I've been quiet but I have been keeping up, honest! Bumped into fastasleep on the sept antenatal thread.
I'm 9 days overdue today so feeling a little low and don't want to depress anyone, esp those that are expecting too.
Would have loved to have met up with you all at grandmas as I've heard good things about it and never quite made it there. As you can imagine, not really in a postion to make plans at the moment but would love to meet up when I've finally got this baby to come out.
Who else on here is expecting? Fastasleep, nemo, edodgy, anyone else?

Nemo666 · 03/10/2005 09:39

awww jessysmummy hugs to you..I went 15days over with Adam and hated every minute although he was well worth it.

biglips · 03/10/2005 10:28

aww poor Jess as i know the feeling as with mine was 12 days overdue and it was the waiting game after the due date (i ended up having a induction)

joec · 03/10/2005 11:09

hi .. been away for the weekend so havent posted.
so where and when for this meet up ?

BROWNY · 03/10/2005 12:02

Hi Jessysmummy, I was getting a little worried about you, glad you are OK, I know exactly how you are feeling, have you got to go in tomorrow for a check up? - someone told me that they let you go up to three weeks late - don't know how true that is!! I was 10 days late with Joe, but the night before I was due to have an induction, my waters broke - I think it was all that bouncing/sitting on the exercise ball!! Please let us know how you get on - hope your baby comes soon for you.

Joec - how did your weekend go? Did you get wet like I did??

Nemo, sounds like you and Adam had a brilliant day with Thomas - hope you are not too sore with the spd thought now.

Fastasleep - hello stranger - hope you and baba are well, not long to go now til you meet your little girl - take care of yourself!!

BROWNY · 03/10/2005 12:05

Oops, sorry Biglips, didn't mean to leave you out!! You'll have to show us some photo's of your dd's 1st birthday, I suppose it's lovely and quiet in your house now after all your visitors have gone

OP posts:
vampiremelly · 03/10/2005 21:21

That sounds like a good idea Browny. Is Grandma's ok for everyone?
Weekends are best for me, dd being in school now

spookylips · 03/10/2005 21:22

ha ha ha - i know who you arreeee!

spookylips · 03/10/2005 21:22

we dont do weekends btw!

vampiremelly · 03/10/2005 22:03

After school time then?? When's best for everyone else?

jessysmummy · 04/10/2005 07:24

Yes, Browny, I'm off up to the women's this morning. Ended up at my overdue appt last time too so I pretty much know the routine - They'll probably do a sweep and then book me in for an induction later in the week. So if I go quiet again, it's a good sign! Wish me luck...
Hope everyone else ok?

spookylips · 04/10/2005 08:16

gud luck jessy XXXXX

do you know what you are having?

BROWNY · 04/10/2005 10:42

Good luck for today jessysmummy, hope the sweep works and gets things started for you!! Please try and let us know how you get on .

VM: I can do after school on most days, dd's stay at clubs after school until 4.30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

joec · 04/10/2005 10:50

BROWNY · 04/10/2005 10:53

Hi Joec, no - haven't heard anything - is she due??

Like your name Spookylips!! The person who posted on your thread about babies shoes, went a little over the top don't you think - she got mad because I said Clarkes cruisers were 'supportive' - ooops, what a terrible thing for me to say!!lol

joec · 04/10/2005 10:55
