Morning all.

I was going to link, as usual, to the spreadsheet, but it doesn't appear to be working for me this morning Confused. Will have to call on @Baystard to help out!

I was glad to read on the other thread, though, about continuing losses - which is great to hear, especially as we have just finished the dreaded weeks 3 and 4. Hopefully the losses will continue from now on.

This week is likely to offer challenges with the Jubilee weekend, and the inevitable parties (sorry, work meetings) Wink

Like many others, I expect, we're planning on a barbecue - but thankfully barbecue food is probably the most low-carb friendly way to eat at a social gathering. As long as you avoid burger buns or hot dog buns, it's usually all pretty low carb fare - especially when you're making your own salads and marinades etc.

So this week's challenge is to share your favourite barbecue recipes and tips!

Well last week I was 65kg, then I've bobbed around from 64.7 to 65.2 and back again... My weigh in this morning is 65kg (143.3lbs) so it's a STS week. Bit of a shame since I stayed firmly on the wagon despite DH and I getting a rare child free opportunity for lunch together, but better for me than the lovely looking carby options.

Glad everyone has had a lovely weekend. I stayed low carb for the majority of it, other than yesterday when my breakfast options were croissants, jam, berries and fat free, sugar free yogurt. I tried to stick to just some berries and yogurt but was too hungry and succumbed to a croissant too. A bonus is that my husband is finally starting to take my WOE seriously and believe that it might be here to stay! I've been on each bootcamp since August last year... 😆

So after apparently gaining 1.8kg last week, I have weighed in this morning at 0.4kg lighter than two weeks ago 😊tthe strange thing is I don't feel any less bloated etc than last week and I certainly don't feel over 2kg lighter! Our bodies are strange things!

Great weekend other than for its LC component. I had gained some weight last weekend, then lost it again during the week when i was back on the wagon, then fell off again this weekend. However I have weighed (stopping weighing/being too dispirited to weigh is a previous red flag) and plan to KOKO this week.

B- black coffee
L- very buttery omelette (3 eggs) and salad
D- lamb curry (LC) with more veg and sour cream.

I have cheese on hand if I feel the need to snack or increase fat.

Well done to everyone who has lost weight and especially to the KOKOers!

Well I wish I’d looked at the thread yesterday and then I would have known I was not the only one of the wagon. Difficult elderly care day yesterday. Constantly being offered cakes, biscuits, nibbles or chocolates. Constantly declining. Then we were told we were putting her in a ‘very difficult situation as she couldn’t eat if we didn’t’. It wasn’t a mealtime. Maybe she hadn’t eaten any lunch. We accepted stale lemon cake and I had 3 horrid chocolates and two stale Pringles. Yuk. But something sparks in me and I came home and tucked into a bag of amaretti biscuits. Starting a new week.

Hope everyone is going well and back from BH. Sorry I haven’t read this thread at all, as was away, I will read the thread today if possible :( @Lougle just saw your last post, I was going through the exact same in Jan bootcamp. But doing so much better at loosing weight this time. Only difference is upping my water intake. I barely ever done 2L a day last time. And trying to do more than 2L plus 2 coffee?? Do you want to try sticking to more water than coffee/milk, just a thought as this was such a revelation for me and I was soo disappointed for not loosing much after sticking to LC food religiously for 9 weeks in last BC . Btw I am very bad at drinking normal cold water, but I add juice of whole lemon and bit of salt in to a 2L bottle these days.( salt makes me drink more I guess, but finally I am drinking just enough)
I was 64.7kg on Thursday morning and we went away later. I tried to stick to LC on two days but had to eat otherwise on Sat night and Sun, where I didn’t have any other choice. Back to 65.5kg :( Sorry for the loong post and getting derailed from LC, but my sister put so much effort with house move two little kids, I didn’t feel like saying no to everything or buying stuff for my self. I don’t regret it at all. But there isn’t anything else planned for the whole month and I am back on it from today morning. And bought a 2L gym water bottle that I can fill and count, hope this will help me in track. And I have taken few pics of shorts/jeans that was unable to go up my hips, last month. It is still tight but, it went up. NSV :)

<sighs>

Seems I can either spell correctly or do functioning links, but not both in one post!

Link to the spreadsheet
