Morning campers!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for you to confess all

We're half way through now. Hopefully by now we should all be getting used to a low carb way of eating, which will mean we should be fat-adapted.

I hope you've enjoyed the recipe challenges, and I really look forward to reading more recipes.

I especially hope that the challenge has lured the lurkers out! Please post your recipes!

And, of course, here's hoping that we all have a good week ahead

No loss this week , in fact a lb on , but I put stayed the same on the spreadsheet to give me a bit of an incentive to be sensible this week
I felt like death warmed up yesterday , ached everywhere and felt exhausted , spent most of the day plonked on the sofa , I’m guessing that wouldn’t have helped
In bed by 10 and didn’t wake til 08.10 , feeling much better today
Sorry , I’m not meaning to rub it in @ListenLinda my non sleeping baby is now 23 , and a lockdown boomerang DD ( who would sleep all day if allowed )
Today’s meals
Brunch .. cheese omlette
Dinner ... DD cooked again , made a lovely chicken breast topped with home made pesto , mozzarella and sliced tomatoes , which we had with broccoli and fine beans ( and potato wedges for the other 2 )
Had a slice of the lovely chocolate keto cake , and I think I need to up the green veg tomorrow ( and the rest of the week )
Fishmonger calls tomorrow , will see why the van has to offer 🐟

Evening all!

Hurray to another boot camp! I plan on carrying on but having these threads and a support team is hugely beneficial so glad not long to wait in between!

Still have "the stand off" in the house, but I've accustomed to it somewhat and have lost that awful feeling about 50% of the time. Hopeful things may settle soon. I hope I'm not wrong!

Yesterday I couldn't really eat but I've made up for it today all BC style.

KOKO!!!

Thank you Ninkanink and pinkpinkeverywhere , I am chuffed with it, feels like a long time since the big losses of weeks 1 and 2!

I'm going to stick with it between bootcamps too but glad to hear it won't be long between the end of one and the start of another. Bit deflated by the announcements today, I was really hoping we might get away during the Easter holidays, just camping or something. Instead they start opening things up the day the kids go back to school after Easter hols Hmm

I know it's late for Valentines Day Hmm, but this Raymond Blanc dish looks beautiful and I'd definitely have had that. With steak. And that chocolate mousse.

Feel better now my menu's sorted Grin

Hang on a minute...
It won't be that bootcamp where we do exercise and count calories, will it BIWI?

God no, the nightmares 😁😆

I’ll be carrying on between boot camps too; I imagine quite a few of us will keep each other company on the BC chat thread(s).

Y’all are killing me tonight with the humour!

I decided over the weekend that this week will be my week to annoy my rut. I am exhausted with the same routine.

So far, so good. Mwah! #fuckmyrut

LEAVING LOCKDOWN FINALLY BOOTCAMP WILL START ON 12 APRIL

This means it will end on 20 June, ready for us all to burst out in our thinnest finery.

Flowers
Gin

Achh, not in Scotland - we'll still be wearing woolly jumpers, staring at the coos and the heather, and hoping that Nicola lets us meet the next door neighbour's sheep before Christmas.

It's my 60th the week before the next Boot Camp Shock My weight loss has stalled a bit, so I'm revising my target just to get into the 10 somethings by then ("normal" BMI would be lovely Grin).

But as I doubt that I'll even be able to have more than one other household around (if I'm lucky Shock) even out on the patio, it's not as if I'll be seeing many people Hmm

But given the amount of good bubbly and wine I'm planning to have to celebrate (dh is planning on breaking out some vintage Dom Perignon that he "won" at an exhibition and is also going to open a bottle of aged Grange Smile) and some of the Othello cake that I'm going to bake myself Blush - I'm going to be needing to get back on the wagon Wink

Howdy. Thankfully my weighing day is Friday and shows a 2lb loss, as that comes before the weekend of wagon falling off where I started with a driveway fizz to celebrate a neighbour exchanging contracts (actually very sad for me that she's moving, but good for her) and, via martinis brought by another neighbour and drunken Thai food ordering, ended with hangover and more carbs to feed it. I am having trouble being cross with myself because just having the opportunity to be hung over was so normal and joyous. Having fully restocked my glycogen stores though, the scales are terrifying and I've had a strict day with ALL the water.
I really wanted to try @ShagMeRiggins's DH's chilli omelette as I had a spoonful left, but as I was reheating it I found I had no eggs so
L - leftover chilli, avocado, ts broccoli and cheese
D - Keto Fish Pie it was really good but a lot of faff. Lots of leftovers for lunch though 😁
Great to be able to plan ahead for next BC!

Some excellent results today in here, well done to those with good news days and KOKO to the rest of us. 0.2kg up since Thursday which is negligible and I'm week 3 so not bothered, just happy to be rid of food cravings and constant picking on crap at work. The Lindor balls in the staff kitchen just got sneered at as I grabbed my slices of cold chili omelette from the fridge.
Dinner was ratatouille with sausages. I only have a creamy coffee for breakfast as I'm just not hungry in the mornings.

Thanks for the heads up re next BC BIWI and exciting for those with birthdays and weddings upcoming. We are debating booking a UK Airbnb as I have credit to use from a cancellation but I doubt there will be much available in school holidays now as everyone will have had the same idea! Off to browse...

Ooh @Ninkanink I’d forgotten Classics existed, that’ll get me few a few early mornings!!
Today’s food: low carb granola and soya milk (weighed it to check ok, bowl “full” seems SO small 😁), chicken curry & cauliflower rice. Maybe a boiled egg or two.
