Thanks must go, as always, to the very lovely @AthelstaneTheUnready for setting up the spreadsheet. You'll see this time that we've amended it slightly so that you can record loss for this Bootcamp as well as since you started, for those of you who started earlier.

If your name isn't on the spreadsheet, don't panic! Just add it to the bottom of the list. Don't try to insert it in the right alphabetical place - Athelstane will do that later.

If you are on the spreadsheet, but don't want to be, send me or Athelstane a PM and we'll remove you.

Whatever you do, don't touch the blue cells!

Fajitas are a favourite in our house and I always have my chicken on a huge salad with guacamole and sour cream. It’s lush.

L: tuna Mayo and avo lettuce cups
T: sausages, green veg, butter

Just weighed and I'm down 6.5lb since I restarted low carbing on the 4th Jan. I know a lot of it will be water weight, but taking it as a win before the inevitable week 3 and 4 plateau.

Motivated, I have weighed this morning and it looks like I'll be starting bootcamp proper less than I finished the last one!!

L today is low carb bread roll, cheese and salad
D will be roasted cauliflower slices and home made chicken curry

All the water!!!

I've been asked to make fajitas for tea tonight.

It's not something I normally do and don't want to get a shop bought spice mix because of the sugar. I'm thinking that oregano akd paprika/smoked paprika would work? How does that sound? Any suggestions?

Obvs, I'll he havingine naked (no tortilla).

Which means today's food looks like this...

Brunch - bacon and eggs

D - naked fajitas with peppers and green salad.

You need cumin as well! 👍

If you can get little gem or romaine lettuce they make brilliant wraps and you don’t even miss the tortillas.

Just stood on the scales and the Christmas half stone gain has gone. I am so pleased Last night I had pulled pork with home made coleslaw, spring onions and cucumber wrapped in iceberg lettuce leaves. Delicious.

Morning All! Thank you so much for all the people posting about improving their health - especially venusandmars. So inspiring.

I am gutted today. Have twisted my ankle really badly last night while running (well, jogging - I'm a regular jogger so am not doing anything new to my body). It's super-swollen with a massive bruise across and very sore. So annoyed. Probably can't walk/ run for a few weeks now.

On the plus side, I've dropped another butter packet's-worth of weight.

Menu for today:

B - greek y with a spoonful of cream (thank you for the tip)
L - crustless quiche
D - caesar salad without the croutons, home-made dressing

Good morning all.. and what a good morning it is. That bloody 1lb has stayed off and the scales show another 2 off this morning. I am thrilled as had to wait for that. I started 2 weeks ago today, so in total I've shifted 6 and 3/4 pounds... half of that in the last couple of days but THANK GOD!!

Good morning everyone!

I’ve previously low carbed lots and with great results. However, I mentioned on the sign up thread that I had to cut short my last bootcamp due to a severe case of shingles. I’m now 5 days in (and 2lb down) and it seems they’ve returned.
I’m pretty sure it’s just a coincidence but could it be related?
I’ve started taking antivirals straight away so fingers crossed it won’t be anywhere near as bad as last time and I’ll be able to continue with bootcamp.

Getting left behind and you all seem to be doing very well in the 'soft' start - I have cut down on carbs and no alcohol this week but plan to start properly on the 18th as having a last hurrah with a few drinks this weekend and using up last of the goodies. I have been off my feet for weeks and weeks due to recent surgery but start physio soon and looking forward to feeling less blobby and useless!
