The Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

Morning all. Sorry for the late start - had a bit of a bad night so slept longer than usual.

I hope that the scales were kind to you this morning, but please remember week 4 is notorious (along with week 3) in that you are very likely to have seen no loss, or even a small gain

If this has happened to you, DON'T PANIC!

This is your body adjusting to a new WOE, and from now on you should be burning fat. So don't change what you've been doing and things will get moving again; you should expect to see 1-3lbs losses each week (depending on how much you have to lose)

However, it's also important to be scrupulously honest with yourself. If you have had no loss, or seen a gain, go back over what you have been eating and drinking. Have you been following the rules? Have you been keeping your fat levels high? Have you been drinking all the water?

Good luck to us all for the following week as we go into lockdown once again. I know it's not going to be easy, and the lure of carbs (and all the alcohol) will be even more ever-present. Post here if you're needing support to stay away from them and together we can help each other. Remember, you're not alone!

Thanks for the reminder about water and veg!

I'm trying to get into the mindset of half the plate being veg, as I always focus on the tasty main and forget about what to put with it.

I'm also chugging my water!

B- skipped it
L- large bowl of cauliflower and leek soup made with double cream.
T- Spanish chicken and chorizo with Brussels and cabbage.

Hello all! Can anyone add my weight to the spreadsheet. Stayed the same this week though I’ve lost inches and inches according to clothes. Goddam it.
Can’t get onto sheet as logged into my child’s google classroom account

MrsKoala · 03/11/2020 13:16

I thought that was River Phoenix at first glance. I’ve never heard of him Shagme, but he looks like the kind of person I would have fancied when I was a teenager. My particular pash is Tom Hardy (a bit too much) I think it’s because we both were born in 1977 and grew up round Hammersmith way. A —delusional— part of me is convinced that had we met at a party 35 years ago things would be very different. Grin

Lunch - buttery scrambled eggs, spinach and mushrooms and a tomato fried in olive oil.

Lurker here.. would somebody be so kind as to point me in the direction of the cheeseburger pie recipe?

Oneborneverydecade · 03/11/2020 14:05

@mrskoala boobs look great

I too feel like Tom and I are together in a parallel life. I once did PR for the day at Goodwood but chickened out of entering the VIP area. Found out afterwards that he was there.

Margarita your weight has been added as STS.

Sparrow390 · 03/11/2020 14:57

@ShagMeRiggins Thank you!

Rayna37 · 03/11/2020 15:26

CerealKiller I make porridge as a treat on bootcamp light and certainly when in maintenance. Quantities vary but roughly along the lines of 2tbsp each of ground almonds and ground flaxseed/linseed and then 1tbsp each of chia seeds, maybe 3 seed mix or sunflower seeds, maybe some coconut etc plus some oat bran if not bootcamping and use milk and some nut butter. Cook like normal porridge.
Really nice but even if technically allowed, much higher in carbs than eggs so not a daily occurrence.

ponygirlcurtis · 03/11/2020 15:40

Awesome knockers, MrsKoala Wink.

MrsKoala · 03/11/2020 15:48

So many imaginary relationships with Tom Hardy! Just realised I said if we had met 35 years ago, but I meant 25. I suppose we still could have bonded over jelly and ice cream, but it would have been much more fun over tequila shots and snakebite and black! (And the more unmentionable things I did in my youth)

NotwatchingSpooks · 03/11/2020 15:53

Biwi I didn't realise would be tricky to arrange, forget I ever mentioned it and because I know how much energy and enthusiasm you put into this, I can hand on heart say that you are definitely not a lazy arse :)

Iamnotacerealkiller · 03/11/2020 16:04

@Rayna37

Unfortunately i've developed an intolerance to flaxseed. I used to eat it alot but it now give me gastritis symptoms :(

GorgeousGoldies · 03/11/2020 16:31

MrsKoala looking good and so lovely and slim.

ShagMeRiggins you know when you just have an idea in your mind of what a username relates to? Well, I had yours well and truly wrong!

You may not remember the sitcom Rising Damp, but apparently this is Rigsby, not Riggins 😂

Stressful day today. Got DD home from school unwell.
Food so far has been chicken drumstick and a bit of mayo for breakfast. 2 squares of dark choc (it makes me happy and keeps me off the orange clubs in the cupboard).
Lunch was a massive salad with 2 boiled eggs and an oily dressing and mayonnaise.
Not sure about dinner yet. Thinking about a chicken curry and veg.
Am stuck at home waiting for my IKEA delivery which is late!

Hope your stressful day improves MrsHunt and your DD is feeling better.

lurknolinger · 03/11/2020 17:59

itsmeagainagain Wow, those pictures are amazing, honestly wouldn't have been surprised if you'd said you'd taken those 3 months apart, but that's incredible progress in just 3 weeks.
Very inspirational, and great for you to have as a tangible record of your progress.
