Morning campers! Flowers

Here's the spreadsheet

Sounds like a bit of a mixed week, so hopefully the scales (or tape measure!) have been kind to you, otherwise @MrsTerryPratchett is going to need a bigger patio!

Sorry to hear about the surgery @Sittingonthesidelines, but glad all is well. Hopefully he'll be home soon.

And hope that your surgery went well @NigellaAwesome

So we're in the last three weeks - still time to lose a good chunk of fat. But only, of course, if you stick to the rules ... Grin

Good luck to everyone.

Wait Nigella they aren't with the pizzas? What insanity is this?

MrsBertBibby · 04/07/2019 07:32

That does look great, Starsky

Rshard · 04/07/2019 08:08

Your hair is gorgeous starsky

That’s where I first looked for the meatzza stuntnun! I think they’re readily available, I found them in a tiny branch in a market town. Def with the meat, they’re on 3 for 10 at the moment i think.

Now that FB is giving me access to my photos again Wink, here are a couple of pictures in my Boden wrap tops (with the nice bit of ruching to hide tummies Wink), with cleavage from 34DD/E boobs Grin So not a flat boobed model Wink

Cropped because my dad and dh were in the pictures and it's not fair to include them. The patterned top is the one that has finally given up the ghost and lost its elasticity due to too much washing Sad The coral one is still just about ok, and I also have a blue patterned one.

Both hairs look good to me starsky but I see what you mean; nameuser that Twitter thing is fascinating as it’s professionals talking; prettybird nice rack!

VeryLittleOwl · 04/07/2019 12:19

Starsky - looks fab :)

ShagMe - we compromise now, she straightens it with a brush and hairdryer to cut it and then puts some curls back in at the bottom with straighteners. I come out feeling all bouncy and swishy.

I'm away at my SIL in Cardiff so haven't read the thread or any PMs! Will try to sneak a read now

Today
B Greek yogurt with swirl of double cream
Coffee with butter
L 2 eggs salad, 2 rollios

Almahart · 04/07/2019 16:18

No bf
Lunch was a cheese sandwich made with the low carb bread mix from amazon (Sukrin?). It was amazing, bread is the think I have missed most of all. I also had a cold sausage and a hard boiled egg. Dinner will be chicken salad

Chillijamntuna · 04/07/2019 18:19

Hello all,
B: forgot!
L:chicken and rocket salad with Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, mayo and Parmesan dressing (id this okay?)

Dinner: just about to have salmon with loads of greens fried in butter.

Still resolutely 11stone despite three days of low carb ... maybe need to cut dairy?

MrsBertBibby · 04/07/2019 19:18

Evening

No breakfast but black tea
Lunch was avocado, strong cheddar, pine nuts and basil oil.
Dinner will be cauliflower cheese with a load of broccoli whizzed up in the sauce, plus maybe some asparagus.

GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal · 04/07/2019 19:19

Can anyone help me understand why I'm fighting off a case of the fuck its?

This WOE is really working for me. I've lost lots of weight, I look and feel better than I've done for years, and I'm enjoying my food and not feeling at all hungry or deprived.

So why do I have such a strong urge tonight to dive headfirst into booze and chocolate??

Rshard · 04/07/2019 20:49

Has something happened today greebol to make you feel like that? Crap day at work, or someone annoy you?

GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal · 04/07/2019 21:06

No, perfectly pleasant day. I got to a Pilates class AND went for a swim. Pottering in the garden now to take my mind off it.

Kids are being a pain in the bum mind. End of term tired and emotional and won't stop bloody bickering. Could be that I suppose.

Rshard · 04/07/2019 21:16

Sounds like it could be your little darlings! Glad you’ve distracted yourself and swerved the fuck its

Doilooklikeatourist · 04/07/2019 21:31

First test of no alcohol July , Thursday is usually when the weekend starts , not this week , Oh No ! On sparking water , alternating with slimline tonic

Good day food wise
B Cheese omlette
L Ham , cheese and coleslaw , green salad
D Chicken breast with cauli , broccoli, courgette , mushrooms with buttery creamy sauce

Greebols we went for a walk in the field , to step away from the fridge where the wine usually is , so far , so good

StuntNun haven’t tried the meatzza yet , found it by the burgers , and yes , it was in the 3 for £10

Summery1 · 04/07/2019 23:33

Food.

B: Shastuka eggs - poached with tomato courgette sauce. Feta
L: Ceaser salad with chicken. Garlic butter fried squid. (Salad was smallish )
D: burger with coleslaw.

Now having mint tea and chocolate. Blush

venusandmars · 05/07/2019 02:06

Why, why why?

Lovely dinner out, halibut in butter with artichokes. I asked to swap the cous cous salad for just st some green salad leaves... all great.

But then the salad comes drizzled with honey Shock Who on earth looks at a pile of fresh, zingy, tasty salad leaves and garden herbs, and thinks they will be improved by a fuck load of sugar? Grrr grrr Angry

NigellaAwesome · 05/07/2019 07:32

Did you send them back venusandmars? I would have done.

Youwanapizzame · 05/07/2019 08:49

@venusandmars yuk I HATE honey so that works have been horrible for me! Blech

I had roasted green beans with dinner last night. Very much yum and will be featuring on the menu rotation from now on.

Today's food

B - omelette with bacon and cheese
L - salad with all sorts from the fridge
D - lamb chops with baked aubergine and goats cheese

Hiws the extension coming on @BIWI?

@motherofdragons how're you?

18pagesfrontandback · 05/07/2019 09:25

Morning, need to catch up but am reporting in with my Friday weigh in - which is actually Thursday’s because I forgot to weigh before first coffee of the day today! Prob just as well because I think I’m suffering from mega water retention due to pms and heat. My ankles have swollen up a bit.
Anyway, bang on 161lb which is down 2lbs from last Friday. Best loss I’ve had for yonks so am happy with that.

There is no doubt that the weather is helping, but this TRE mon-fri that I’m doing, really seems to be working. So it does suggest that maybe I was eating too much before(?) - portion sizes were def a concern. Albeit usually on the veg front, so perhaps increased carbs too much as well? But I’ve also realised two things: 1) I was quite often eating lunch out of habit (to break up day, or winter comfort etc) rather than hunger. 2) I would rather eat once a day as I want to (gannet), rather than have multiple smaller meals.

And in other news... does/has anybody suffered from cream over load? I have it in 2-3 coffees a day, but this week I have noticed that I’m starting to smell like it, and feel like everything has an oily cream smelling film to it.
Though now that I type it, I guess it stands to reason that if I’m not eating anything else during day, then the smell of it may well be seeping through my pores undiluted by anything else? Hmm Might have a weekend off it and go back to lacto free milk tea.

18pagesfrontandback · 05/07/2019 09:27

Overuse of the words ‘it’ and ‘rather’ there!

Notwatchingtvtoday · 05/07/2019 10:34

Morning all

I am cutting back on cream, 18pagesbacktofront have taken to putting a bit on my Greek yogurt to bump it up but am noticing my weight is sticking so it may be the dairy, I put a little butter in my coffee and whiz it with my Braun stick blender.
It was my birthday yesterday so I was a little off plan, back on today, have gained a 1 lb overnight which I am sure is linked.
I’ve also been having more Greek yogurt in the day and I am going to try to cut that out to see if it makes a difference.
I’ve been good with my water in the hot weather, and swerved an alcoholic drink last night, but did have a bit of my birthday cake.
I’ve got a gentle catch up on jobs day today, so will be better for food intake hopefully.
1/2 cup of tea with milk
B Greek yogurt, tbsp double cream, Tsp Linwoods 1 frozen raspberry
Coffee with butter
L hard boiled egg, salad, few prawns in mayonnaise
D Salmon, roasted green beans, celaric mash

Rshard · 05/07/2019 10:44

Why venus, why?

Well done on the loss 18pages, I am also a lb down so Friday weighing is working for me too.

Eat very little cream, so can’t comment on over use I’m afraid!
