Recovered from binge and back down to healthy weight. Managed my third park run at a faster time than last two and I felt good doing it too rather than just being pleased at the end. Friend who I run with even said I was pushing her this week (mostly because after the run I had to take dd1 to a sleep over so I didn't have time to mess about). Good to know I can do more. 34minute 40seconds isn't amazing for 5k but for me - someone who doesn't run - it's bloody amazing!

(Been following thread but few days behind!) I love what you said on 21/3. I think I’m probably the same height/build as you, and my DD will be even taller. I hope she comes to the same conclusion as you (and me), but a few years earlier 😊

BIWI Apparently, American cup sizes are not the same as our metric cup sizes - so be sure you get the right cups.

Checking in a day early for the final weigh in of bootcamp.

I've lost another 3lbs this week. Very pleased bringing my total loss on this bootcamp to 1 and a half stone!

Here are my bootcamp stats for anyone looking at this in the future and needin hard evidence that this woe works 😀

Start weight 208lbs
Finish weight 187lbs
Bust -1.5 inches
Waist -2.75
Hips -1.25
Low hips -2.75
Thigh -0.75
Knee -0.25
Calf -0.5
Nothing on the bingo wings.

A big thank you to Biwi for starting the thread and to everyone here for their support. I still have a long way to go but this has really given me a greatbig kick up the arse. I've gone from feeling 'stuck' to feeling like I'm absolutely going to lose the weight.

Congrats to Brassica and balloonslayer for achieving goal. Fantastic! Infact well done everyone for KOKO.

@SlinkyDinkyDoo thanks for posting your stats, you have done brilliantly. I might compile mine for tomorrow.

Out to eat last night and my first alcoholic drinks since October. I felt fine and wasn't tempted to binge (why I've laid off the booze thus far). I do feel a bit peckish today though, but pleased to find I feel strong enough to just KOKO. A result for me I think.

Last night I dreamed I ate a hot cross bun full of sultanas. When I woke this morning I had put on two and a half pounds!! Shock I am now back into the 12s :(

I'm so no longer at goal Grin I'm still claiming it on the xls tomorrow. Just a few too many calories over the weekend.

Planning on running before DH leaves for work at 7am tomorrow. Yeah...wish me luck! Grin

Back to Germany tomorrow. Got to watch myself that I don't fall into any bad habits. There were a few bad choices a fortnight ago that I need to make sure done become entrenched Hmm ( cheese, salami and wine eaten as a picnic in hotel bed. That would be it! Oh, but you're jealous aren't you!)

Does anyone else have food in their fridges/cupboards that don't get used as they were intended? I have peanut butter that only gets eaten with a tea spoon. Never on bread. (Not in the first 2 weeks of BC of course!! And not too much). Same for clotted cream. Isn't clotted cream amazing by the tea spoon?!! Oh and if I'm going really mad. Half a tea spoon of peanut butter and half a tea spoon of clotted cream together. A-ma-zing!

I love clotted cream BalloonSllayer last week when I really wanted a scone , I was thinking if I put loads of clotted cream on , it would overrule the carbs .
It didn’t t work , obviously
Been on it this week though 😀

Evening all and congrats @BalloonSlayer for reaching your target, that's fab.

I've managed to get to within a pound of mine which I'm very pleased with. 1 stone 3lbs off since 8 Jan which is pretty amazing when I look back on it . Also my thanks to @BIWI for the thread and the inspiration and to everyone on the thread who has kept everyone's spirits up and keeping everyone KOKO.

I'm going to try to get there before Easter holidays and then try not to fuck it all up!! I've not been great this weekend but I've had a lovely time and properly back on it again tomorrow.

I'll be sticking around for chat so hope to still see a few peeps here

I am a bit dissapointed that I only lost 11 lbs, but will keep going on until the next one. KOKO!
