Welcome everyone. We have over 150 people signed up this time, so it's going to be pretty busy, and the initial chat thread is going to be very fast-moving!

Here is the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for you to post your starting weight.

Remember, you don't have to input your actual weight if you don't want to - you can index it, which means starting at 100 and then for every pound you lose, you take off a point.

If your name isn't on the spreadsheet, don't panic! Just add your name to the bottom, and then the lovely @AthelstaneTheUnready will re-alphabetise the list.

If you're on the spreadsheet and you don't want to be, don't worry - just don't enter any info, and then you'll be deleted after the first couple of weeks.

No true, you dont BIWI thanks for that link .. I have just made the mixture a bit too runny before , and they didnt really set that well.. so I added couple of dessertspoon s of coconut flour to the last lot of cheese and chorizo ones and they really worked well ..

Anyway .ill be leaving it out of the next couple few batches as i really want to get completely back into BC .. I am at home tomorrow so will have another go so i have breakfasts made for my working days this week . ..

Place marking......

Coming to the end of my 3rd week now. It will be nice to have some company! Haven’t lost a huge amount yet, I’ve been really struggling with anxiety recently and that’s meant the booze has crept right back in. Knocking it on the head from tomorrow though.

bluelefant · 14/10/2018 22:00

Hi,added my starting weight as I don't expect it to change overnight

BIWI · 14/10/2018 22:24

@clare8allthepies welcome back!

But I have to take issue with you saying you're Bootcamping if you've been drinking alcohol.

I'm sorry to hear you're suffering from anxiety - but you also know the rules. No alcohol in the first two weeks!

Hello Biwi and everyone. So glad boot camp is starting - low carb works well for me. I have it up last year and started slimming world. Unfortunately the only pounds I've managed to lose in a year are the ones from my bank account Hmm

DP is also going to do it with me which should be fun. Cannot wait to find some great LC recipes to experiment with.

clare8allthepies · 14/10/2018 22:35

@BIWI I did manage to abstain for the first 2 weeks, it’s just in this last week I’ve caved. I’m not a 1 glass a night kind of person though so I’m going to try to abstain completely for a good few weeks at least.

lanawinters · 14/10/2018 22:42

This way of eating really suits me so I'm really hoping that I can avoid self sabotaging this time!! Going to do a proper weigh / measure in the morning 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 xxx

RosalieAlys · 14/10/2018 22:46

Hi, really sorry, but soooo new to this. I’ve hopefully added myself onto the spreadsheet. No idea though :/
Really looking forward to doing this and hopefully lose my pregnancy weight !

LipstickForADogwalk · 14/10/2018 22:54

Thanks for organising us BIWI. Have had a massive carb blow out this weekend, thoroughly enjoyed it but can’t wait to start tomorrow. I’m dairy free so have soya milk in tea and oat milk (which I loooove) in coffee. I know oat milk is quite high in carbs, is that off the menu for now?

MumOfAPickle · 14/10/2018 23:29

Thanks BIWI your hard work is very much appreciated. Good luck for the morning all 😁

KNpepper · 15/10/2018 00:05

First time officially on bootcamp thread though have been (mostly) eating LCHF since mid July and lost about 25lbs so far. Yay - but still a way to go to reach my target! Would like to lose another 15lbs by Christmas though that might be tough as recent weight loss seems to be stalling, so I am hoping that the group support keeps me on the straight and narrow. Am going to index my weight and have input into the spreadsheet

ItsalmostSummer · 15/10/2018 01:22

Hi ! I’m checking in again. I’m excited to join everyone for this boot camp. I have put on 5 pounds from the last boot camp already but I am pleased to say I have stayed away from grains and sugar. That has and will always be my goal 👊 I am looking forward to this. We can do it Smile

LeavingTheSandBehind · 15/10/2018 01:58

Hi everyone, really looking forward to getting started again. I need a bit of focus and bootcamp does that for me. I've put my starting weight in and have an idea where I would like to be at the end. I am going on holiday for 3 weeks in week 9 and this was my downfall last time so need to stay focused.

Good luck!

Rshard · 15/10/2018 05:13

Thanks BIWI for the new boot camp. So lovely to see so many familiar ‘faces’ and lots of new ones.

Also started early, last Thursday as I wanted to put an end to the carbs that were creeping in. I was 4lbs more than the end of the last boot camp!

Good luck everyone!

Lonesurvivor · 15/10/2018 05:46

Bootcamp has startedGrin best of luck everyone!

blackteaplease · 15/10/2018 05:56

Morning everyone, I am not looking forward to getting on the scales today.

I've been really good and made a packed tuna salad for lunch today. I had got lazy and was buying lunch at work. Weightless and money saving at the same time, win win.

WheelyCote · 15/10/2018 06:30

Morning everyone! ☀️😃

I've been low carbing for a few weeks and so looking forward to having people to go along with.,,

Breakfast: coffee with double cream
And 2xmashed soft boiled eggs with butter. Munching on celery.

I've developed a thing for celery😁 who would've known haha

Good luck everyone

FinallyHere · 15/10/2018 06:47

Morning all, just checking in to say hello to everyone. Looking forward to this bootcamp.

Last week I was away on an activity week, where I was too busy for chocolate so have got the immediate cravings out of my system already. All fired up and ready to go.

TheWildRumpyPumpus · 15/10/2018 06:55

May I join you all? I’ve been gently losing weight the last few weeks but without any direction so am going to give the boot camp a go for the first time! For some reason I can’t get the spreadsheet to work on my phone and have no access to other devices for a few days (boo) so could someone add me please? Start weight of 152lb! Thanks

TheGlaikitRambler · 15/10/2018 07:00

I'm here! But I can't start until tomorrow :( I will only be one day behind though. Good luck everyone :)

StuntNun · 15/10/2018 07:02

Lipstick instead of the oat milk, look for an unsweetened dairy-free milk alternative. Different brands vary in flavour so it's worth experimenting to find your favourite. I like Almond Breeze Unsweetened the best.

boldlygoingsomewhere · 15/10/2018 07:12

Morning all,

I’ve been low-carbing since the last Bootcamp but looking forward to the extra energy the group threads bring.

I don’t have too much weight to lose but it is all concentrated on my stomach with a lovely c-section overhang. I’ll be very happy if I can shrink that down a bit. I don’t need to be on the spreadsheet as I’m not weighing - I’m going by measurement/look/fit of clothes.

Laska5772 · 15/10/2018 07:20

ok ive just weighed and its not good as over the weekend I had some bread again and an icecream.. and am now half a stone more than the end of last boot camp.(I had been 'maintaining at about 4lbs up ) Ah well I know what to do .. . .

Thanks BIWI and all for the new BC ,

TightPants · 15/10/2018 07:24

Just weighed myself. Heaviest ever Confused

Does anyone know if it’s possible to enter data on the spreadsheet via mobile or does it have to be on a laptop?
