Welcome everyone. We have over 150 people signed up this time, so it's going to be pretty busy, and the initial chat thread is going to be very fast-moving!

Here is the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for you to post your starting weight.

Remember, you don't have to input your actual weight if you don't want to - you can index it, which means starting at 100 and then for every pound you lose, you take off a point.

If your name isn't on the spreadsheet, don't panic! Just add your name to the bottom, and then the lovely @AthelstaneTheUnready will re-alphabetise the list.

If you're on the spreadsheet and you don't want to be, don't worry - just don't enter any info, and then you'll be deleted after the first couple of weeks.

Its 6.45am here in Australia and I am pleased to report a 2.5lb loss 😊 I have followed this woe since 18th June and my pre diabetes diagnosis. I am delighted. Hope you all see some scale victories today.

Fartoomuchcakeandwine · 22/10/2018 00:11

So I started today. I just got back from Holiday. It's gone ok!! Although I've just woken up for a wee... 😂 a lot more fluid than I normally drink!

tootstastic · 22/10/2018 06:46

Early bird with a weigh-in...lost 7.4 lbs. I'm pretty pleased with that.

Good luck everyone getting on the scales this morning!

cabininthewoods2016 · 22/10/2018 07:05

9lb loss Shock 215 down to 206.

Weighed in this morning and only lost 1 lb so a bit disappointed. Full disclosure here, I've followed this to the letter but there have been a few voda and soda waters....that said, I did the same regime after my son was born and easily lost a stone without giving up alcohol, so maybe something in my metabolism has changed. Also did a (hitherto unheard of) cycle ride of 16 miles in the New Forest on Saturday, though I know that doesn't help the weight loss, but it did feel good when it stopped :-) I will keep going....good luck all.

OhCobblers · 22/10/2018 09:01

3lbs lost (it was 5 on Friday before I got stuck into the wine!) but I’m happy with that. Haven’t had a chance to read the thread since I posted my weight last week but will do so now. Thanks for the constant inspiration and food ideas!

meercat23 · 22/10/2018 09:14

Four and a half pounds lost this week. Really pleased with that as I had been no carbing to my own rules for a couple of weeks before Boot Camp started. On to week 2!!
