Well, Bootcamp might not be easy (although it's easy to follow - simple rules and no weighing or counting!), but you should certainly lose more than 0.5lbs a week.
To answer your specific questions:
1. I currently have nuts on my breakfast full fat Greek yog- what could I have instead?
After the first two weeks of Bootcamp you can go back to the nuts, as long as it's not too many. In the initial two weeks, try adding vanilla essence/powder or cinnamon - or just have it on its own! Some people add double cream to it, to make sure that the fat levels are kept up
2. I have a mini cheese and half a mozzarella every day for my lunch, is this too much cheese?!
Probably not - but it also doesn't look like much food! Please tell me that you're eating more than that?
3. I have berries and cream most days too. What would be a good replacement for the berries?
Again, you can re-introduce berries after the first two weeks. But in the initial period of Bootcamp you can't have them - but why are you eating them? One of the key principles of Bootcamp is to reduce our preference for sweet things, so cutting out fruit can only help in this regard.
One thing to keep an eye out, overall, is how much dairy you're consuming. Some people are fine with dairy, but it can impede weight loss for many.
