Morning all!

We have four weeks left; time, still, to lose at least another 4lbs or so

Here's the Spreadsheet

Hopefully some good results to report!

So close brassica! Well done

littleladylawyer · 23/02/2018 16:42

Well done brassica!

I've had a cheese and ham omelette with a big salad for lunch and have bolognese blipping away for dinner to have with more salad and cheese.

Recently I've been having the oddest craving for falafel. Not pizza, not cake, not bread... falafel. Which I've never been a huge fan of anyway! Very odd.

Twoo · 23/02/2018 16:45

Yolo’ I have totally stuck to plan. Daily weigher. Graphs on a downward trend. Halo. I noticed there was not many people around to respond/read and the thread was a bit of a ghost town so stopped posting.

Venus’ what you need is cruicifous Vegatables... lots of cabbage, Brocolli, Brussels sprouts sautéed in loads of butta Grin. I have those every day either at lunch or evening meal. Never not gone daily.

Twoo · 23/02/2018 16:47

So in short you need FLGV in LOB Grin. Washed down with sparkling water. SPelligrino itself helps to keep you regular due to the salt content.

Twoo · 23/02/2018 16:49

Great news ‘Babe !

Grimbles · 23/02/2018 16:50

I've been being good too Halo

Bluntness100 · 23/02/2018 16:51

I'm still on it too. And being good.☺️

Nan0second · 23/02/2018 17:20

Still on and not being a carby twat.
I have had 4 raspberries and a square of 85% chocolate as a snack today but that is the height of my rebellion...
B none
Early lunch: 2 Aldi posh sausages (

Nan0second · 23/02/2018 17:22

Brassica: congratulations!! I have had a couple of Indian take away curries - had king prawn saag on its own and it was perfect (and didn’t hinder loss at all)

VenusStarr · 23/02/2018 18:14

Hi @BIWI

Thank you. I'm 145lbs and drinking between 2 and 3 litres everyday.
I was doing the apricots for the fibre. I thought maybe 4 dried apricots wasn't too bad and they might keep me regular. I've bought some berries to try tomorrow.

Oil for the veg and butter for the chicken - chicken breast in the oven. I have been eating chicken thighs too but not always eating the skin. It's prepacked so find it a bit slime if eating cold. No oil or dressing or mayo on the salad. I was bulking out with cheese but wasn't sure if too much dairy was affecting me losing weight.

I feel full as I'm eating so don't think my portions are too small.

I'll go back to the spreadsheet and look at the veg. I'm a bit scared about eating nuts as I like them so struggle to moderate what I have so would do myself a portion and then go back for more! So thought it's better to avoid.

Starting to feel a bit uncomfortable in my stomach now :/

VenusStarr · 23/02/2018 18:16

@Twoo I do have broccoli most days for lunch and we actually have cabbage in the fridge so might do that this evening :)

ilovecherries · 23/02/2018 18:26

I have spent most of the last few days practically unconscious with maximum dose of piriton. Have the rash from hell. Absolutely no idea what is causing it, and not feeling ill in the slightest but the 'walking through treacle' feeling that the piriton is giving me is making me want toast in a way I haven't for 9 months - possibly as I'm not cooking/eating enough because I'm SO sleepy. Why do we always want toast when we aren't well?

Twoo · 23/02/2018 18:28

I really do love this woe Venus. For my evening meal I’ve just had 2 Heck sausages, then loads of veg in butter, really really tasty and satisfying.

Now on the SPelligrino §with ice & a slice.

headoutofthesand · 23/02/2018 18:34

How bad is battered fish? That was the best option today. I only ate the batter off the top & there was a lovely thick bit of cod in the middle but I've realised I can't even think what the ingredients in the batter are & how bad it might be. I did have it with a FLGV!

YoLoHogwomanay · 23/02/2018 19:03

ilove i hope the rash goes soon. there are other over the counter antihistamines you can try too if piriton makes you drowsy.

I do love how everyone is replying to me like I wielded the big stick! someone has to when the stick wielder has gone off the rails - looks at BIWI with disappointed face Wink

Great to hear everyone is kokoing. Me too. Had an amazing dinner last night with fish and sauteed cabbage. I like this WOE too Twoo so delicious, so easy, so effective. I try and persuade everyone I know who is a bit chubby onto it must be a total bore because why wouldn't anyone want to lose weight, sleep better, eat amazing food and feel fantastic?

I look on those miserable hungry souls on WW/SW with pity and just want to save them.

https://inews.co.uk/inews-lifestyle/food-and-drink/asda-develops-easter-egg-made-entirely-cheese-not-everyones-convinced/

I am disappointed in you all. I had to discover this on Facebook? 24 hours behind the story? This is news!

Personally I like a box of posh actual eggs at Easter, the blue shelled ones from fancy chickens or similar. Still, a cheese egg Smile

BlackMozart · 23/02/2018 19:22

I have been kokoing too, no carby twatness but no weight loss as far as I know. Doesn’t feel like it anyway. I am struggling with the fatty meat thing which I never thought I would say. Having said that it is mainly lamb and pork as I really enjoyed my steak tonight. I am going to swap over to salmon and chicken both with crispy skin next week and see how that goes. No wine yet but it is my birthday a week tomorrow so Drybuary will be over and I will be celebrating. Going to get a really nice bottle out of the wine rack and enjoy it. Am watching The Wine Show and dreaming...

ilovecherries · 23/02/2018 19:23

I've actually doubled up on two types, yolo, but the other is none drowsy. The Pharmacist said this was the best combo for hives, along with HC cream, but the rash is so extensive I'm only using that on the really itchy bits.

YoLoHogwomanay · 23/02/2018 19:27

get to a doctor ilove !!!

abbey44 · 23/02/2018 19:31

Just had supper - the same one every day this week, I love it so much! Plus it's so easy, I don't have to think about it, which is ideal when I'm busy getting on with stuff.

B: Bacon & scrambled eggs
L: Not hungry
D: Stir fry veg - cauliflower rice, sprouts, pak choi, spinach, butter & chilli flakes

I think I'm another who might be a bit evangelical about this WOE - I've not felt in such good shape for a very long time, although I have been lighter than this. Not overly bothered by that, as I know it'll go, but just generally, I feel so well and loads of people have said that, so it must be showing. It's like I'm getting my mojo back at last Grin

abbey44 · 23/02/2018 19:32

cherries* - that doesn't sound good - I'd second seeing a doctor too. Hope you get it sorted soon.

Rshard · 23/02/2018 19:45

Oh no ilove, hope you feel better soon.

Me too twoo! I love eating yummy things like the halloumi chips that I had at a local cafe today, they were so good!

Treated myself to some new undies today, diverted from my usual black or nude too!

Destinysdaughter · 23/02/2018 21:08

Although I've lost a stone since 3 Jan, I've def felt a bit unmotivated this week. Sick of greasy food and would love some bread, pasta or potatoes. My DP said lets go out to eat tonight and I thought, what's the point as there's so much I can't eat! Went out, had a v nice steak, which normally would have been a rare treat, but I've had steak so much recently as it's often been the only thing I can eat on a menu, that I felt a bit meh about it! I really envied my DP's fish n chips, but I know that if I'd eaten any of the high carb options, I would have piled on the pounds...

Was trying to find inspiration for food today and was looking for low carb tortillas in Waitrose, as I really fancied a chilli with all the trimmings. They were 20 HM of carbs each, which was way too much so I found some tacos that were only 7 each! I'm insanely excited about cooking a mince chilli with sour cream, guacamole and cheese tomorrow with tacos, yum!!

Destinysdaughter · 23/02/2018 21:10

*HM = grams!

BlackMozart · 23/02/2018 21:32

Destinys a stone since Jan 3 is fantastic!
