Just had supper - the same one every day this week, I love it so much! Plus it's so easy, I don't have to think about it, which is ideal when I'm busy getting on with stuff.

D: Stir fry veg - cauliflower rice, sprouts, pak choi, spinach, butter & chilli flakes
I think I'm another who might be a bit evangelical about this WOE - I've not felt in such good shape for a very long time, although I have been lighter than this. Not overly bothered by that, as I know it'll go, but just generally, I feel so well and loads of people have said that, so it must be showing. It's like I'm getting my mojo back at last
