Agree re G Riley - very insightful, but I find that psychological approaches don't really shift the weight, only a strict eating plan does that.
I agree, but believe both are necessary for the long term.
Sticking to a heathy, enjoyable WOE shifts the weight, addressing personal psychology keeps the weight off.
I've read everything and have loads of comments, but far too shattered. Have had an exceptionally long birthday weekend (much fête-ing was done) and a miserable all day visit to A&E with older child while trying to ensure the other children were safe and cared for as well, all while husband away with work as he so often is.
The good news is I'm only exhausted, but not in a bad place. I'll take that.
Also, a quick NSV---at the hospital in the ridiculously tight multi-storey car park, I was able to do a reverse pro and open door to exit, like a fucking normal person rather than performing the humiliating Spiral Ascension of Shame to Level 1000 where there is no roof, plenty of birds, but no cars to fat shame me.
