ASD I think I was aiming for 25 but a I got closer to it I realised I wasn't really that skinny, I think dropping towards 24 I feel I look like myself and another 1/2 stone would be great.

Ilovecherries I am tall too, but I got warned about being between two sizes as you end up looking a mess and perhaps even larger. I going to starting shifting some of my larger clothes now as I can't wear them any more!

littlebillie · 29/09/2017 16:27

As an aside has any DP joined you on the WOE my DP has and has lost 20lb Grin

littlebillie · 29/09/2017 16:29

Hmm not sure how I feel looking at this....

Keeping on keeping on until the new bootcamp

Amazing losses and well done ASD and Billie. Really good.
I'm still fat but stable fat. And I e not eaten much of the 850g of dairy milk. I was too full of roasted belly poem slices and garlic mayo.

littlebillie · 29/09/2017 17:35

ASD amazing loss 👍

HippadoppaloppaGammeldag · 29/09/2017 17:44

littlebille I'm BMI 23.2 now and I'm aiming for 20-21ish. I'm a shorty though.

Gammeldragz · 29/09/2017 18:05

ASD we must have started around the same time then. I'm down 40lb, but didn't have as much to lose.
littlebillie I'm currently 24.5 apparently and I'm around a size 14. I still have way more fat than is healthy... I want to be about 22, nicely in the middle, which for me is 11 stone. That's 17.4lbs away (feels/lools like more!). I'd like to be a size 12 comfortably (not just stretchy tesco jeans!).

Breakfast - 2 mini cheeses
Lunch - 2 boiled eggs, spinach and pesto houmous.
Dinner - 2 halloumi burgers, 2 bacon, spinach and creme fraiche.
Dessert - 200g Greek yog. Tsp vanilla essence.
25g carbs today.

Gammeldragz · 29/09/2017 18:09

I weigh the same today as when I got married, but my wedding dress is still tight and I feel fatter. Maybe I had more muscle then? Not sure, I didn't exercise!

GammeldagBooks · 29/09/2017 18:25

ragz did you have DC after marrying? Mine completely changed my shape so some pre baby clothes didn't fit even though they were the right size iyswim?

Great losses reported! That picture of fat is gross.

Gammeldragz · 29/09/2017 18:41

Books no, two before and one after. But I gained the most weight with #3. However, I was only 23 when I got married, so maybe it's age (am 32 now).
I don't really feel 40lb thinner... I feel like I've lost about a stone. What's with that?!

ilovecherries · 29/09/2017 19:27

I feel very weirded out by my weight loss, Ragz. I'm about 36lbs off, and down from a size 22/24 to a 14/16. But I have no actual sense of what I look like. Do I still look very fat? BMI of 29 so I must do. But my husband says I've changed completely, and some days I see it, others I still think I look huge.

ilovecherries · 29/09/2017 19:30

My bloody itchy belly is so bad today because though (and I know my carbs have probably been on the low side for me), that I've just had my third piriton of the day, and my lying on the sofa trying to stay awake. DH in kitchen making low carb dinner of gammon and cauliflower and brocilli bake.

wombattoo · 29/09/2017 19:36

There have been great losses Thanks
I am still here, still plodding on but not strictly LC. It's my birthday on Monday and I plan on going to a Chinese restaurant and eating what I fancy. I will be back on track on Tues. Honest!

ragz I have 18lbs to go! We can do it!!

Just made some lovely Brussels sprouts. Chopped them in half & fried them in a little bit of olive oil, salt, pepper & cayenne pepper. They were absolutely delish.

Llareggub · 29/09/2017 20:07

Went to the gym tonight and tried the flashing gadget that tells you your weight, body mass, hydration and all that stuff. Despite a BMI of 34, my legs are green for fat levels, as are my arms. i am a proper apple! I also need to drink more water. Happy my legs and arms are green, despite the rest of me being amber.

Grimbles · 29/09/2017 20:11

Holy crap. I saw 13st8 this morning, can things finally be moving in the right direction!?!

I've been missing out on lunch all this week so I guess dropping that meal has made the difference.

I now have a creamy coffee at 6.30, breakfast when I get to work at about 9am, a small snack when I get home at about 4pm and then dinner at 8pm

In the interests of full disclosure I was a massive carbtwat last weekend, I ate a whole portion of fried rice on Saturday and then pizza on Sunday. I spent most of Monday and Tuesday with a bloated painful stomach so I won't be doing that again Blush

Grimbles · 29/09/2017 20:13

I've also noticed that I have almost got a defined jawline appearing and my boobs and stomach don't meld into one anymore Grin

TimeIhadaNameChange · 29/09/2017 20:37

You should all thanks our lucky stars my misbehaving iPad has saved you from a massive post from me!

Friend has left. Second part of visit was less stressful than first, simply because he went to bed earlier and didn't keep me up chatting to DP late at night, so I got some sleep! Never really got to chat to him much, which is a shame. Thought coffee today would be my chance, but DP invited himself along. Would love to hear his thoughts on how he thinks DP is.

DP claimed, the other evening, that his drinking shouldn't have affected me. He obviously has no idea. I'm hoping this realisation is the kick he needs to stop. However, a close friend of his is seriously ill so I suspect it won't.

Congrats to everyone for your great losses!

GammeldagBooks · 29/09/2017 20:45

Ragz it must be age then! (I'm 35 and things definitely aren't where they were, but I put most of it down to having children).

YY to the 'in-between' clothes sizes looking awful, that's where I am now and I'm finding it hard. I am nearly a size 14 on top and nearly a size 16 below, but not quite there. So size 16s/18s look baggy and shapeless, while size 14s/16s are too tight and squeeze fat into the wrong shape. Oh well - nothing for it but to KOKO!

I find it interesting how many of you have a clear target in mind. I really don't, and I think it's partly that I can't quite believe that this will work or that I will actually get below a size 14 or 13 stone or BMI of 30 or whatever. And then it's partly that I have never been 'slim' since puberty. I haven't got a 'pre-baby' or 'wedding' or 'uni-days' or anything size as I have always been fat. So I don't know where I want to go with this, or what is realistic, or what my body will look like. I suspect based on family members that I will always be a "curvy girl" and that I will never look 'skinny' because that's my build. But beyond that I have no idea. I suppose I will know once I get there?I would like to have a normal BMI and be in the normal weight range for my height so I have a looong way to go.

Grimbles · 29/09/2017 21:03

For me, any weightloss is good. I don't have a specific target in mind but anything in the 10st range would suit so I have 2.5 to 3.5 st. to go.

Glad to hear you called him out on his behaviour, C4, but I LOVE your neighbour's reaction! I'm tempted to suggest you lend her your iPad so she can see some decent examples, but maybe not!

Sorry to hear your day's been shite other than that. Here's hoping that that's the last of the respiratory arrests. x

littlebillie · 29/09/2017 23:01

Ilovecherries I feel the same some days I feel skinny and other huge, interesting BMI needs to be quite low for most of us. I was chuffed to hit 25 and now realistically, a bit more would look better.

littlebillie · 29/09/2017 23:02

C4 age isn't a barrier then Grin

HippadoppaloppaGammeldag · 30/09/2017 07:44

C4 sorry that made me laugh!

Will be testing myself today, got some chocolate chip cookies and double chocolate chip cookies with the DDs so determined not to help them lick the bowl! Grin

Food plan:
B - (running this morning) eggs & avocado
L - leftover sausage and courgetti
D- DH is out, so not decided yet, maybe I'll get a continental deli platter.

Well, today is the last day of super strict september. My rules were no alcohol, no dark chocolate and no cream. I've managed to stick to the rules and exercised every day. So chuffed I've managed to stick to it! and lose 7lbs. I'm going to keep it going now until the next bootcamp.
