The soups are always lovely. I love the hot and sour with prawns and versions meats, but I've just read the Tom Yam and Tom Ghan kai are good options as well (though haven't checked carb count).

Stir fry with just veg and meat (no noodles or rice) with whatever spices or oils they use sounds a reasonable meal.

lisbapalea · 08/09/2017 12:59

Actually just checked the menu and I might go for a duck green curry - will do some of my own cauli rice to go with.

lisbapalea · 08/09/2017 13:00

sorry - only just saw these replied - wasn't ignoring you!

ClearEyesFullHearts · 08/09/2017 13:14

Tome I'm really sorry about your arm. It truly sounds terrible. Flowers

Ps--stop being a carby twat Grin

Grah0SoontobeaFatty · 08/09/2017 17:00

Clear not decaf for sure, but probably excessive cabbage
C4 -- We could be siblings, I drink the same amount of coffee switching tea in the evenings.

Yea, had a new number this morning 198.4 which stayed after the shower. Went to the Docs for the Annual, and his scales were 198.8. ( just cycle stuff on )
Will be needing a name change for sure thought to Grahisafatty or Grahsoontobeafitty.

Second name, I think is more goal orientated and as I plan on targeting for Body fat percentage instead of weight/BMI now more appropriate. Need to get some heavier muscles for garden work, if we move to the countryside.

Onederland passport stamped and pictures attached.

Finally got the cut & colour done that I'd promised myself when I'd lost a stone. In fact, by now I've lost a stone and half Smile, so that I think I'm half a stone lighter than when she did my hair at Christmas. (It was her boss who did my hair in May, when I was at my heaviest)

I've told her that I'll see her again at Christmas, when I will have lost at least another stone Grin If I have t lost that much, then I can only get a cut, but if I've lost enough I can have a cut & colour.

Love the hair prettybird

I'm not sure caffeine stalls my weightloss. Years ago when I was anorexic I lived off numerous cups of tea and coffee. Maybe it's the case for some but not for others? Same with dairy?

Food for me today:
L - avocado & chicken thigh fried up together in butter & smoked paprika
T - turkey sausages with buttery runner beans & broccoli and lots of mayo

Probably not enough water, will koko with that!

Grah0SoontobeaFitty · 08/09/2017 19:53

Thanks ladies. Looking on the phone shows the cycling tan lines well on the feet.

Gotta work on the loose droopy skin. But not concerned, got a year before the next holiday and with winter coming will not be exposing any think for months.

wombattoo · 08/09/2017 19:54

Thanks for the recipe, _leni - I'm looking forward to trying it over the weekend.

tome, hope your arm is better soon.

giraffeski could your husband have ghee (clarified butter)? I believe that the dairy protein gets skimmed off and the remaining oil just tastes of butter. I've never made it myself, but i'm told it's really easy.

Today, I made assembled the ---- most delicious feta, tuna (in olive oil), iceberg (has to be), radish and tomato salad,Dress with oil and lemon juice with a bit of salt. Fab.

Still useless with water but first day of September I've not had a Diet Coke - I shall count it as a half NSV Smile

Grimbles · 08/09/2017 21:58

wotabastard · 09/09/2017 07:55

c4 what a gorgeous picture! Love it!

SummerSazz · 09/09/2017 08:29

giraffeski it should be fine if you normally cook with dairy free yoghurt and it doesn't separate. When I was on a low fat diet (shhhhh) I tried it with 0% fat yoghurt and it separated. So def need some fat in the yoghurt. Your recipe looked lovely Smile

grah at last!!! Very brave but looking good there 👍

c4 he's one lucky boy

DH cooked last night - a Polish meal - I think I might have overdone it on the sausage front Grin

littlebillie · 09/09/2017 08:31

littlebillie · 09/09/2017 08:33

I came back from my holiday with a 12lb gain fortunately it was water retention. I have lost 10lbs this week and feel like me again.
