Morning campers

Here's the spreadsheet

So we start our last two weeks. Let's get really focused - think about the food you're eating, pinpoint any carb creep and eliminate that cheating!

If it helps, post what you're eating each day. Or even consider going back to strict Bootcamp for the last fortnight!

Flowers

Good luck to everyone

@ilovecherries - I feel your pain! And I hope very much that the hotel were able to make you a lovely, low carb fry up this morning

Hey hey :)

I fell off the last thread but stayed on plan.

I'm not weighing at the moment but last weeks NSV's:

Did a double gym session on Friday and didn't die

Did 4 tire flips in a row

Overhead pressed 20kgs

Felt genuinely attractive yesterday for the first time in 6 years!

SayrraT · 17/07/2017 13:00

That's a great list. I might try and do a similar thing with pictures as well.

PlymouthMaid1 · 17/07/2017 13:01

Hi all, Sat showed a 1.5 lb loss which has altered itself to a 1/4 lb by today but I saw that lower number which is encouraging me onwards. I think I have lost about 1/2 stone over bc and that is astonishing for me as ww and sw (hiss) both failed dismally.

OldBooks · 17/07/2017 13:02

Fab NSVs Jim. Hope you are feeling better

SummerSazz · 17/07/2017 13:10

For all those on a bit of a plateau - I had one in April/may/June - up and down around 11.7 like a yogo. But a couple of weeks ago I lost 7lbs in a week Shock. All I can say is KOKO- I'm languishing around 11 at the moment and really wanted to be 10.7 for my holiday. It's in 2 weeks so unlikely but am KOKO and we'll see.Smile
I've been BC since Jan and here's my graph - almost 2 stone odd so c.1lb per week.

Well done for reaching target secret Star

I don't post on any other threads, I'm too scared, this is my safe place!

ClearEyesFullHearts · 17/07/2017 13:58

Some really pleasing and inspirational achievements this week, well done!

For those gaining or staying the same, just keep at it. I know it's particularly frustrating if you feel you're doing everything rightbelieve mebut make little adjustments, report in and ask for help/analysis. Stick it out these next two weeks.

I'm .4 lb down this week which is itty bitty but fine. It was a very active week and I didn't plan as well as I could so probably didn't get enough fat or vegetables. However, the week reinforces that it is utterly do-able to go out and about to places and stick to plan if there's a bit of preparation.

Another busy week ahead then I'm getting a whole week to myself with nothing to occupy me other than my weight goals, so hoping to finish strong.

Namaste, bitches.

ragz134 · 17/07/2017 14:12

I'm considering an egg fast this week, though we have DS1's leavers BBQ Wednesday. Though it may be easier to handle if I just don't eat anything there!

Food today
7:30am protein roll toasted with butter and peanut butter. Don't normally eat breakfast but I was hungry.
11am egg, Bacon. Sausage and tomato. Went for buffet breakfast as DH had hospital apt
2pm two spoonfuls of thick cream.
Dinner - unknown but I have a lot of courgettes...

Any courgette suggestions? DH has said he's getting me a spiraliser for my birthday (it's sad that I'm excited by that, isn't it?)but that will be next month. Maybe I'll be eating home grown ones by then if the slug bastards don't get them all.

SummerSazz · 17/07/2017 14:32

We had a courgette and aubergine moussaka at the weekend with lamb mince, topped with double cream and cheese.. Even dd2 (8) liked it.

ragz134 · 17/07/2017 14:37

Dsis is making roast veg with them, a little butternut squash, a pepper and some onion. With kale. We haven't eaten much veg recently so probably a good idea.

HemanOrSheRa · 17/07/2017 14:43

I'm in Somerset Heman it's lovely weather! Butlins. I love Butlins! Oh! Coooeeee! Klep. You aren't far from us. We are going to Butlins poor relation - the Haven Doniford Bay site at the weekend Smile.

I felt a bit sickified this morning so have only just eaten lunch - corned beef, salad with mayo and a small spoonful of leftover cauliflower cheese. Sounds a bit odd but went down very well Smile.

Kleptronic · 17/07/2017 15:11

I've just been into town and scored a Hooch dress, an Abercrombie and Fitch top and an Esprit top (latter two brand new) in the chazzers! World's best holiday so far!

CodLiverOil556 · 17/07/2017 15:35

Checking in to this new thread, I lost 2.2lbs this week and brings my total to 17.6lbs altogether. Over 10% lost and I'm feeling great for it...nearing my target and expect it to slow down.

DH back 2 weeks Friday so should be at target then Grin

ChocolateTorte · 17/07/2017 15:39

Hope it's ok to interrupt your thread. I've been reading this afternoon because I've just been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and I'm looking for food ideas to improve my carb heavy diet. It's been very instructive but I'm wondering if there is any website or page where all the rules/ guidelines are listed together? Not that I'm planning on cutting carbs altogether when pregnant obviously but some more info would help I think.
Thanks in advance and good luck to all with the low carbing.
Oh and apologies for my username, not very appropriate for this thread but will probably give you an idea of the way I generally like to eat Grin

Veryflummoxed · 17/07/2017 15:44

Hi Chocolate. BIWI's first post on the thread will link to the spreadsheet. The spread sheet has loads of tabs with all the info you need.

Grah0SoontobeaFatty · 17/07/2017 15:51

Cherrypi yes, seen the weight change down after eating and up after emptying. It's strange. Hence why I remember lowest weight for the week and then anything above that is just water or solid retention. DD birthday to today got woke at 6 am ( went to bed at 2:20) open presents and then she left for work in the new clothes she picked out and previously tried on. But weighed then 213, sleep for an hour, Alarm went off absolutely busting big empty 209. didn't go yesterday.

B - 2 egg omelet 3 back bacon rashers
L - will be BPC
D - chicken cabbage soup
snacks wisps -- Parmesan Cheese crisps.
15 chips = 1g Carb 7g fat 9 g Protein and I can eat just 3. As the crisps craving is satisfied and the cheese taste is to strong it kills the desire for more. Brilliant product.

BIWI · 17/07/2017 15:53

Welcome ChocolateTorte! Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. If you go to the spreadsheet, you'll find Bootcamp and Bootcamp Light rules there - you should probably be following Bootcamp Light if you're pregnant.

Also, have a good look at the resources on there, so you can learn more about low carbing and the science behind it. And if you go to the top of the Bootcamp topic, you'll find the recipe thread, which should be stickied there - lots of really love recipes. And even some for chocolate!!!

Well done kermit! Have to confess to slightly stalking you, I joined bootcamp late, but noticed you had a similar starting weight to me and that you've been doing great and and it's really motivating to see where I could be in 4 weeks time!

Naschkatze · 17/07/2017 16:03

Hi everyone. I fell off the thread over the weekend and allowed a lot of carby twatness.
It's a miracle that I've STS weight so far. I'm determined to lose another 1lb or two before the end of BC so I've planned all this weeks dinners from diet doctor (was getting bored) and have stocked up the fridge.

I'm thinking about what to do at the end of BC.. I need to find a way of maintaining weight and not having the mentality of there being 'banned foods' because that makes me want to eat them.Grin

Scooby morning all day sickness is the worst. Hope it passes soon!

Well done everyone who has lost and everyone else for keeping on!

CodLiverOil556 · 17/07/2017 16:05

Ooooh my very own stalker @starsky22 Grin this woe has worked wonders for me and will for you if you give it a chance

Userwithoutaname · 17/07/2017 16:18

I'm not weighing today .. haven't had a great weekend and if I've put on weight (most likely) I'll be discouraged and become a carby twat!

Anyway back on track today and had bacon egg and mushrooms for breakfast. Very fed up with myself so need to see this through.

On the plus side most of my stupidity was still not too bad, just eating too much and some chocolate. I've avoided cake and bread which make me feel ill so I'm pleased with that. Even if I don't lose weight this woe makes me feel so much better.

Imstyledilemma · 17/07/2017 16:20

Sounds as if a few of us fell from grace over the weekend. Never mind, we are back now.
Bigger (well hopefully not bigger Smile) and better than ever!

All together for the final countdown!

Imstyledilemma · 17/07/2017 16:38

I realize it's a bit late in the day for this question, but, how are you all making your fathead pizza?
What's the easiest way?
And once ypu've made it, what toppings work the best easiest
Thanks.
I can't come to the end of this BC without trying fathead pizza Hmm
