I know! Doesn't time fly when you're having fun? Wink

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for your delectation!

Remember, week 4 is, like week 3, a time when weight loss tends to be pretty slow, if not non-existent. KOKO and persevere, and things will get going again soon.

But not if you cheat! Whilst many of you have been very honest about your transgressions, just remember that this WOE is not a very forgiving one. It's not like a calorie-controlled diet, where you can compensate for one 'bad' day with a 'good' one. As some of you have already found out the hard way!

Thanks stuntnun. I'll try leaving the yoghurt maker on a bit longer. Anyone have any suggestions of things to go with yoghurt? I have cacao nibs or strawberries. Any other ideas?
Also I've bought ground almonds in my shop. What was I going to make with them? ;-)

CodLiverOil556 · 12/06/2017 19:00

@JiminnyCricket just signed up to get a sample done as I have a blood appointment on the 30th June. I've given blood 31 times and thought I might as well see if I can give platelets too...amazing thing you're doing Star

Just started the Insanity work-out programme today and bloody hell it was tough...hope I last the 60 days. Good thing is I drank 2 pints whilst I did it Grin

YoLoZammo · 12/06/2017 19:08

IloveKermit that record is impressive! I've only ever given blood once many moons ago. I've filled in the platelet online form now, so here's hoping. Only down side is my local centre is an hour away, but hey ho.

StuntNun · 12/06/2017 19:09

I've done okay today so let's hope any flaxbread related weight gain will be gone tomorrow.
B: None - fasting
L: Four scrambled eggs and two slices of bacon
D: Subway chicken tikka salad with chipotle sauce and homemade vinaigrette - twas lush and very filling
No snacks Shock

ASDismynormality · 12/06/2017 19:18

YoLoZammoy husband was asked to donate platelets (type O neg so very desirable) but I couldn't remember why he refused. You reminded me it's because the centre is quite far away, it's not like donating blood which he does in his lunchtime it would have required at least half a day off work. Shame as his blood type is really valuable.

secretsignal · 12/06/2017 19:37

Found out today skipping breakfast is not good for me. Has led to relentless snacking, feel all over the place food-wise for first time since since I started BC.
B: creamy coffee
Emergency late breakfast: 2 egg and cheese omelette at 11am
L: none, not hungry, obvs
S: small bowl total, cold smoked mackerel fillet, half a lamb chop left over from kids tea
D: none do far, not hungry again, will probably get snacky again later.

I do not want to fall back into the trap of hoovering up the kids leftovers!!. Strict routine again tomorrow. Including breakfast!!!

JiminnyCricket · 12/06/2017 19:39

If you can't donate platelets you can always be a whole blood donor and go regularly :) I used to donate whole blood until they nabbed me for platelets Grin

I did 5 whole blood donations, and today was my 22nd platelet donation. I'm 26 so I figure another 20 years or so at this rate should get me in front of the queen/ king Grin... about bloody time, quite a chunk of the population will be walking around with my platelets by that point!

They did notice the weight loss Grin I'm 15kgs lighter than I was the last time I went in Feb! Shock

Lots of chat about how I'd done it, came clean about the high fat diet and was met with lots and lots of approval and my nurse said it's suiting me because looking at my chart, my blood work thus far has been spot on Halo.. got to wait for cholesterol to come back but she's made a note to give me a ring and let me know what it comes back as.

My blood pressure was a tad low, but it was bordering on high last time I went so that's all good. Iron levels are the same as before and platelets are still stupidly high.

It's very unusual to see a woman in a platelet donation chair and even rarer to see one with a platelet count high enough to do a double donation in under an hour and a half, so the Funniest thing today was swanning in, spending less than 50 minutes hooked up and then swanning off again while 3 huge burly blokes were there when I started and only half way finished when I left Grin.. one made a comment and the nurse said 'it's because she's a woman, does the job in half the time with half the fuss and doesn't even eat us out of biscuits after!' Grin

Resisted the biscuits, did have a fruit tea while I was donating but I think that's ok Smile

cabbage67 · 12/06/2017 19:52

Well done Jim. I will be interested to hear what your cholesterol is when you get the results

Put on a 1lb this week and am obviously disappointed with that, but am not giving in.

Today's food:

B: creamy coffee
L: peppered mackerel and salad with caesar dressing
D: chicken leg with avocado salad and vinaigrette.
S: Creamy coffee

Just had a couple of strawberries dipped in whipped cream that I whipped for my indulged DS because he wanted whipped cream instead of runny!

ran 4km with the dog and had 3litres of water

ilovecherries · 12/06/2017 20:03

GoodBadOrIndifferent · 12/06/2017 20:13

B: 2 sausages, 2 eggs scrambled in butter, tablespoon tinned tomatoes
L: prawn and chicken mayo, strawberries and clotted cream
D: tofu and mushroom stir fry with sesame oil and soy. Slim noodles
S: spoons of clotted cream and um slices of butter Blush

GoodBadOrIndifferent · 12/06/2017 20:13

littlebillie · 12/06/2017 20:15

Pancreas anything to worry about?

CaptainBraandPants · 12/06/2017 20:18

exploding it looks great, doesn't it? I'm sure I'll report back on Sunday about how it was.

Those that are saying "don't be cross, because I lost", we aren't cross. This topic is for support, so WELL DONE. We'll all have good and not so good weeks.

Went for a run this evening and it was bloody hard. My legs didn't want to work.Sad but I did it, which is the main thing.
Had cauliflower and broccoli gratin with sausages from the Diet Doctor site, it was lovely and there is enough leftover for lunch tomorrow.

CaptainBraandPants · 12/06/2017 20:20

little what is your question about the pancreas? Do you want to eat it (I'm sure it'll be LC) or are you worried about it?

Copperas · 12/06/2017 20:34

Today in a very hot city in Italy I did not eat pizza and icecream with everyone else - not even a taste. On the grounds that once tasted, harder to refuse. Also I feel really bad about being obese and this way I can at least praise myself for something. But on the good side, my ds is making griddled veg so good that everyone else is nicking them

randomuntrainedcuntowner · 12/06/2017 20:38

I did try to update the spreadsheet myself, but couldn't work out how to add a new row

randomuntrainedcuntowner · 12/06/2017 20:43

Thank you! 😊

MOIST · 12/06/2017 20:46

ClearEyesFullHearts · 12/06/2017 21:02

Ahem! In many of these food diaries I am not seeing many vegetables, let alone the "leafy, green" kind!

BIWI · 12/06/2017 21:08

You could be hungry @MOIST because you're not eating very much!

MOIST · 12/06/2017 21:15

Patapouf · 12/06/2017 21:33

Nearly 4lbs down today after STS last week.

B: babybel
L: olives and loads of salad, spinach
D: steak de cheval, broccoli and asparagus

Not really that hungry at the moment, managed 40mins of cardio today as well as a little walk at lunchtime.
I want to lose another 5lbs before the end of the month but I'm not too hopeful!
Well done everyone!!

notevenamum1 · 12/06/2017 21:38

@adalind I've had two periods in 3 weeks too and I'm usually super regular. What's going on??

marioncole · 12/06/2017 21:39

Usually weigh in on Tuesdays but I've had a carby weekend (wedding cake, wine and hangover bacon sandwich Blush) so I might skip a week to avoid getting down. I'm back on track today and I'll KOKO. It is amazing what difference a little bit of carb will do.
