I know! Doesn't time fly when you're having fun? Wink

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for your delectation!

Remember, week 4 is, like week 3, a time when weight loss tends to be pretty slow, if not non-existent. KOKO and persevere, and things will get going again soon.

But not if you cheat! Whilst many of you have been very honest about your transgressions, just remember that this WOE is not a very forgiving one. It's not like a calorie-controlled diet, where you can compensate for one 'bad' day with a 'good' one. As some of you have already found out the hard way!

styledilemma · 18/06/2017 21:53

I think maybe the Namaste Bitches might have to do the great north run with you C4.

That sounds like plan! Smile

YoLoZammo · 18/06/2017 21:55

Love that cushion btw C4 you are very talented.

BIWI · 18/06/2017 21:57

Stunt your photo of you carrying the dog food has inspired me so much. That's such a lot of weight off. I will be so chuffed if I look anything like you when I'm finished.

Had a good day. Always nice to go to bed knowing it's gone well.

And thanks BIWI for your post.

Mandelinka · 18/06/2017 22:04

I am obsessed with my new food processor, I've never made coleslaw before and it took me only about 3 minutes to make it.
We had a BBQ with friends yesterday and I used red cabbage, celery sticks, carrot, spring onions, mayo, salt and pepper and it went down soooo well!

I'm so humbled by all the lovely comments and even more excited about the great north run now, I almost posted a photo of myself but not quite ready yet.
I was a bloody good friend, always there, always hosting dinner parties, BBQ's, house always full of people, organised holidays for whole group, baked Birthday cakes, made costumes for fancy dress and lots more. I was the doer and when I couldn't do the dynamics changed and I guess it was easier not to be my friend anymore. I'm leaving lots out, there was a toxic element but I'm a kind person. I don't want to be unkind, horrible or nasty to anyone because there is enough pain in the world. You lot make me feel less lonely.

I would just love it if you lot do come and walk very slowly with me, C4 and her bitches

BIWI don't panic it will take me a few days

styledilemma · 18/06/2017 22:19

BIWI You have to think Big! Smile

YoLoZammo · 18/06/2017 22:26

Food log time.

B: leftover scrambled eggs from yesterday, with chorizo, mushrooms and spinach. Smallish portion. Creamy coffee.
L: tin of tuna with mayo, lots of salad leaves, creamy dressing, cucumber, 4 baby plum tomatoes, quarter of a small red pepper, half a spring onion.
S: a chipolata. Teaspoon of nut butter. 1 square v.dark choc. Creamy coffee. 1 lc truffle. Throughout the day, not all at once!
D: as photo above. 2 pork belly slices, buttered cabbage and courgette, veg cooked with meat (Swede, leeks and a bit of apple)

Water: lots. Didn't measure.

Now I write it down, it seems a lot. Half of what I'd eat before this bc though.

And my confession is that it's been so hot this weekend, I've felt very lethargic. I don't cope well with heat. My activity levels have been rock bottom. I have in fact sat on my arse a lot, feeling bleh. And being bad tempered.Blush

ilovecherries · 18/06/2017 22:28

Yolo, I don't know if it's 'too big' but assuming that's a normal size dinner plate and not a medieval platter, it looks about the same size as mine.

YoLoZammo · 18/06/2017 22:42

Yes it's a normal plate-sized plate. I sort of zoomed in.

Was stuffed after. But then craved "summat" so had a creamy coffee half an hour later. I feel bloated. Might be the heat/ water retention? clutches at straws

Kleptronic · 18/06/2017 22:59

I'll walk with you C4. I'd be honoured if I could.

ragz134 · 18/06/2017 23:02

Wow, the thread has really moved today. Pleased to see the earlier blip of negativity seems to have bounced back up. Some really inspirational posts popping up.

Father's day outing today, traditional (we have been doing this with our 3dcs for 4 years now) walk to a favourite tree (photo attached), followed by pub visit and then beach where usually we have fish and chips. Went to kebab shop instead so I managed to stay LC.

10:30am - leftover chili with soured cream
5pm - lamb and chicken kebab with salad, garlic mayo and chili sauce (probably some carbs in the sauces and the onion, but still good).
9pm - strawberries and cream
10:30pm - small glass of red wine.

So, a few treats today but nothing massively carby. 4 other people eating Chips next to me and it didn't even occur to me to want one! That was a revelation.

c4 isn't there a sugar free morphine? I know you can get sugar free methadone, so there should be. Have you asked your doctor? If not, maybe patches? Though again there is the slow release issue and I fully understand your feelings about that. You can combine slow release tablets with oromorph as needed, which may reduce overall syrup/sugar intake. Hope you find a solution xx

ragz134 · 18/06/2017 23:04

Forgot the tree!

ragz134 · 18/06/2017 23:10

C4 I've just checked my BNF and there is a sugar-free oral solution, the only difference seems to be the concentration (10x).

C4pinkwheels · 18/06/2017 23:27

Ragz thank you, I've just been looking online to try and work out the sugar content of oramorph and came across the sugar free solution myself. I will be phoning GP tomorrow.

Kleptronic consider yourself one of my bitches

Kleptronic · 19/06/2017 00:38

Hurrah! Smile

HemanOrSheRa · 19/06/2017 01:14

Ugh. It's HOT! I'm on call this weekend - 6 hours to go Confused. This heat causes all sorts of problems for us. Even driving to calls is tricky! There loads of people out on the streets, a lot of them are very drunk, falling around in the road and being daft. There are going to be some very sore heads tomorrow judging by what I've just seen driving around the city Grin.

I've plodded on today again with food and water:

Breakfast: No food. Two cups of tea with almond milk.

Lunch: m&s rollitos, leftover sharwarma chicken (1 fillet), green salad with lemon and olive oil and a small amount of goats cheese crumbled over.

Dinner: DP uttered the words that make my heart sink - 'Shall I do a BBQ?' Which actually means 'I will stand and prod food while issuing orders'. I made it clear if he wanted bbq he had to do it all Grin. I made myself celeriac remoulade and a griddled courgette salad with chilli and mint was were both delicious. I had steak and chicken and chorizo kebabs while DP and DS went with the usual hotdogs and burgers in buns. I had a few raspberries with a splash of cream for pud.

Water - lost count. It's got to be at least 4 litres today.

C4 I'm so sorry that your 'friends' have been so bloody cruel to you Sad. You sound like one tough cookie. Your posts are inspiring. For some reason I registered myself for GNR emails ages ago when I was running regularly.......

GoodBadOrIndifferent · 19/06/2017 06:32

How have I put on 4lb in 4 days. I did have wine on Saturday but have been fine other than that Sad

YoLoZammo · 19/06/2017 07:11

We need a week 5 thread!!!

Yay, half way through Grin but I know this is for life
