I know! Doesn't time fly when you're having fun? Wink

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for your delectation!

Remember, week 4 is, like week 3, a time when weight loss tends to be pretty slow, if not non-existent. KOKO and persevere, and things will get going again soon.

But not if you cheat! Whilst many of you have been very honest about your transgressions, just remember that this WOE is not a very forgiving one. It's not like a calorie-controlled diet, where you can compensate for one 'bad' day with a 'good' one. As some of you have already found out the hard way!

"Fuck it, namaste bitches" Jiminny this made me laugh! I feel like I could go far with this saying in my life. Glad you enjoyed yoga!

Lunch turned into a chunk of cucumber, cheese, boiled egg with mayo because I couldn't be bothered to make anything or chuck some salad leaves on a plate.

I haven't done much exercise this week which probably isn't helping my mood.

nekobus · 15/06/2017 15:23

Grinnice one Jiminny! Made me laugh

JiminnyCricket · 15/06/2017 16:28

So on the back of my yoga positivity, i got chatting to another work friend who is part of a rather perculiar gym.

It's pretty much classes only and essentially a giant personal trainer session with a circuit laid out that you all then work your way around. So it's a guided work out situation and you go for as many sessions as you feel like per week. You pay on a token basis, 5 tokens (so 5 sessions) is £18 and memberships are £30 a month.

SO I've bought 5 tokens and my first session is tomorrow Blush

The sessions are only 30 mins which I reckon is pretty mangeable after work, and they also do sessions at 6:30am which I could fesably do before work if I worked out a way to then shower before i went on to the office...

I'm getting loose skin on my arms and thighs and tummy, so a guided weights session might be really useful.

wombattoo · 15/06/2017 16:32

Mandelinka Pysillium husk with help you 'go'

WaaWaaWaaa · 15/06/2017 16:40

Namaste, bitches!

Loving it - Might take this on as a catchphrase!

Cherrypi · 15/06/2017 16:42

Style I think your right about having a little bit is harder than having none at all in terms of sugar cravings. I've had no snacks today and feel much better with no cravings.

MOIST · 15/06/2017 17:02

I'm feeling horribly dehydrated but if I drink more than a sip I puke. My head isexoding too. Think it's a migraine. Not had one for 6 months. Bastard.

CaptainBraandPants · 15/06/2017 17:05

Namaste, bitches! Grin sounds like a good title for the week 5 thread.
I am jealous of all your work place initiatives Jiminny. maybe a career change is in order...
MOIST oh, no, poor you. Flowers and go and lie down in a darkened room. Hope you feel better soon.
Cherry My cravings are generally better now I am IFng.
Who was talking about coconut flour, I can't find the post? I am getting some on the way home, so I can make naan to go with my curry, very exciting. Smile

"Jiminny that's amazing!! starstarstar you are such an inspiration. I keep thinking if I can just stick to this WOE, look at Jiminny, that could be me."

^^this from me too

YoLoZammo · 15/06/2017 17:20

captain I think it is no coincidence that the Tuesday Wobbles immediately follow the Monday Weigh In. Grin

YoLoZammo · 15/06/2017 17:22

Jim you are a bloody inspiration! I can feel your enthusiasm bursting out of my screen. Well done on the yoga. I love, "fuck it. Namaste, bitches" it cracked me up.

C4 Fab about the studio, and your trip to school. Independence, here you come!!!

Flibbertyjibbit · 15/06/2017 17:42

Jiminny you are amazing, congrats on the new number on the scales, hoping I can be as successful as you so I look good in my wedding photos next year!

dustmotesinthesun · 15/06/2017 17:50

Glad you enjoyed yoga Jim. It looks really fun. You're going great guns.

I've eaten a little too much as a snack just now. Strawberries and a Sharon fruit and pork scratchings. I think I didn't get quite enough to eat a couple of days ago and it's having a knock on effect. Will try and boil extra eggs tomorrow for breakfast so I have a healthier snack to reach for. I LOVE hard boiled eggs.

Asmoto · 15/06/2017 17:54

Star Jiminny Star - well done! That's a great result! It makes you feel so much lighter when you're into a new number on the scales, even if it's number + 13lbs Smile - the goal seems that much closer!

Bibs2014 · 15/06/2017 17:59

Cathy and daisy - I have less to lose too so I'm counting calories too on MFP. Otherwise I would just eat halloumi all day 😂

Forgot to post yesterday's menu -

Eggs
Ham salad
Chorizo, halloumi, olives, salad
Blackberries and creamy coffee as snacks

ragz134 · 15/06/2017 18:05

Jim - I'm sure you could find sciencey benefits to meditation, it isn't something I consider to be woo. Very good for street and anxiety. Username change to NamasteBitches?

OMG - deep fried sliced halloumi... Do it! Amazing, puffs up and goes brown and crunchy!
Also deep fried some aubergine and courgette, aubergine worked better.

Dinner was curry (small serving as it was partly jar sauce and quite carby) with halloumi and aubergine and courgette. Amazing. Probably a bit over target on carbs due to the protein roll and the curry, but generally happy with food today.

Veryflummoxed · 15/06/2017 18:10

Oooo two lots of wedding photos to look forward to. Congratulation Fliberty

Breakfast left over pork chop and stir fry veg
Lunch hm mushroom soup
Dinner three egg cream cheese omelette with dressed leaves, cucumber, a little tomato and olives.

I have been eating two meals a day but was definitely hungrier today. Water going well and also tea and ACV in waster. If I'm hungry later I will have more soup but I don't intend to.

shittymctwatface · 15/06/2017 18:10

Jim well done you for being brave!

I'm desperate for curry and an onion bhaji today - total comfort eater. I have a hernia and even though I have lost wait I still look pregnant and feeling very woe is me today!

Breakfast: coffee

Lunch: slice of gammon, 2x poached eggs, spinach and courgette coked in butter.

Dinner will be a homemade low carb curry with cauliflower rice . If anyone has a delicious curry recipe it would be appreciated

Mandelinka · 15/06/2017 18:15

Thanks wombattoo, have some husks in the cupboard. Hopefully it will make some difference

cabbage67 · 15/06/2017 18:20

Just a quick question please. Does anyone know how bad a doner kebab (obvs without pitta or chips) is?

I just know DH is going to suggest one tonight. I can read him like a book and he's not even home!

MOIST · 15/06/2017 18:30

I love a weddding. Got one in a month I need to look fabulous for.

Migraine passing. Have eaten a scrambled egg.

AdalindSchade · 15/06/2017 18:33

B- creamy coffee
L- avocado salad and exploded babybel
D- half a protein roll, scrambled eggs and veggie sausage
D- yoghurt, mascarpone and cream mixed together (heavenly) with 6 raspberries, also square 81% choc

cathyandclare · 15/06/2017 18:39

I'd have thought a kebab and salad would be low carb and very high fat...processed though but way better than pizza for bootcamp Grin

damn you, I'm fancying one now!!

styledilemma · 15/06/2017 18:44

Had a nice day out at the seaside today, but boy is it ever a chore trying to find somewhere to eat.
Everywhere seems to have food that comes either with
bread, pastry, chips, potatos or smothered in breadcrumbs or batter

We came across a place that did cauliflower cheese, but they'd sold out. Hmm
Next place had garlic mushrooms on the menu. Great I thought. Closer inspection, they were all coated in breadcrumbs.
I eventually ended up having a full English All day breakfast.
It was delicious - Bacon, egg, tomato, shrooms and black pudding (I left the toast)

I stuck to it. But it was difficult.
There's not much choice. It's OK if you can research places beforehand, but if you find yourself wanting to call into the nearest cafe or pub, on impulse, there's not always a lot of varied choice on the menu.

cabbage67 · 15/06/2017 19:03

That's what I thought Cathy. So sorry to do that to you Blush

DH has just text me to ask what we're having for dinner and do I want to pick up a kebab on my way home? The man is predictable if nothing else
