I don't think that BIWI has managed to post a new thread so I'll do this one.

I don't have the wise words of BIWI so I'll just say that by now you should be more in the swing of lcing so just keep it up and remember, only 1 week until bclite.

Hopefully you all have a successful weigh-in but if not, don't be disheartened. Post for some help and we will do our best.

Just popping on to add my food for today:

Breakfast was coffee with cream and I picked at an omelette but wasn't hungry.

Lunch was tuna mayo with cucumber.

Dinner was 2 hm beefburgers with leeks braised in butter and a mound of salad with mayo and a little caesar dressing.

Snacks: 2 more coffees with cream and 2 sausages low carb.

Not enough water Sad - must work at this!

JiminnyCricket · 02/06/2017 06:38

I forgot to have dinner last night Sad

I was building flat pack furniture then trying on the dress and then went to bed because it was 11pm and I was tired Confused never even thought about eating something. Not good.

Copperas · 02/06/2017 06:43

But should we continue on three full meals if not hungry? I am increasingly finding that I am just not hungry or get satisfied very quickly

Copperas · 02/06/2017 06:44

Maybe I just need to redefine a full meal

Veryflummoxed · 02/06/2017 06:52

I've also exploded cheddar and Stilton Adalinde
I got a silicone muffin tray to do mine in so they don't stick and i can do more than one at once. They keep well for a couple of days or so.

Lovely jim the styles suits you. Another one who can't wait to see you in that wedding dress.

Yesterday's good was

Breakfast a token gesture of yogurt as I wasn't hungry

Lunch a pork chop with leaves and a small vine tomato

Dinner prawns in mayonnaise on a mixed dressed salad (leaves, avocado, cucumber, shallot). For desert I had a slice of manchego cheese.

I'm away to the seaside this weekend, and planning on staying on track. I'm planning for my default meal to be naked burger with lots of salad. Breakfast will be cooked so easy and then a light cheese snack for lunch. Wish me luck so I don't fall into the "I'm away I deserve a treat" trap. What I deserve is a healthy body. Also I've got to photograph myself in the shirt when I get beck Grin

MyShinyThing · 02/06/2017 07:20

Well done Jim, you look fab! I find clothes shopping so difficult after losing weight. I've only just stopped picking up a size 20 when I buy clothes. I have to take DH with me otherwise I come back with stuff that doesn't fit.

My NSV for the day is that the pair of trousers that 6 months ago I had to wear Spanx to get on (& even then they were uncomfortably tight) now fit perfectly! No jiggling about to get them on & I can do up both the button & the clasp thing! Very happy & so much more comfortable!

Also went out for lunch with DH yesterday, had a whole sea bass with salad & mayo. Wasn't even tempted to pinch any of DHs chips!

Am out at a clients all day today so no idea when/if I'll get to eat lunch but have a delicious salad with Parma ham & olives with me for when I get the chance.

Hope everyone has a good day.

YoLoZammo · 02/06/2017 07:32

Today I'm going to eat:

B: ff Greek yog with double cream and pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon

L: leftover chicken (I couldn't eat a whole chicken breast yesterday) with leftover collybrolly cheese, and roasted buttered med veg

S: boiled egg and babybel. Have it on standby but hoping I won't need a snack

D: not sure yet. May be baked pork belly with salt and chilli flakes and veg or salad. Whatever meat in fridge has the closest use by date is what we usually have for dinner!

I was much better with water yesterday so will try and keep that up today.

GetReady · 02/06/2017 07:59

Had a cheeky weigh in and not lost anything since Monday :-(

Definitely the cream and maybe the yoghurt :-(

RedBeanie · 02/06/2017 08:05

Thanks Biwi - I think I'd like to reintroduce potatoes and milk eventually. Hopefully stay away from processed foods and sugar. We shall see.

Good luck all today! :)

AdalindSchade · 02/06/2017 08:24

I weighed and still 2lbs up from last week, still leftover from my carby weekend I guess.

Mandelinka · 02/06/2017 08:28

Good morning everybody

Yesterday was pretty good food wise
B: celery sticks, salmon/cream cheese dip, white radish, olive oil, half tomato
L: had to buy one, broccoli salad with peas and beans, quinoa, melted butter - not ideal but filling and healthy
D: leftover broccoli/cauliflower mash w cheese and garlic. Bacon and sliver of lamb. Followed by bowl of ff Greek yoghurt

Water/green tea 2.5 l. I felt it should have been more, but I don't always have access to my bottle at work which I hate. I love my water and not being able to drink whenever I need is super annoying
My period is a breeze, no pain whatsoever.
Sleep is fantastic and I have no cravings either. I'm amazed how this WOE changes the body needs/wants in just couple of weeks

TheWayOfTheWorld · 02/06/2017 08:32

GetReady I'm the same and wondering if it is the yoghurt - last week I had yoghurt for breakfast during the week and then egg, bacon and mushroom at the weekend. I dropped nearly 2lbs from Friday to Monday Confused

Mandelinka · 02/06/2017 08:39

Oh **Naschkatze, how I miss being trapped under sleeping baby. My DS is nearly four, but at least he still loves his couples.

I BF him until he was 3 so was eating quite freely, but ended up gaining over 1 stone in a year. Enjoy your maternity, it's the most precious time ever.

cathyandclare · 02/06/2017 08:40

Morning all!
Some great pics, if when I get into my dress at the end of the month I will share too. have lost 2 of the pounds that appeared overnight but still one to go to where I was. So still swigging the water and a creamy coffee.
B: Creamy coffee, maybe a fried egg later if I can face it
L: salad of some sort, probs tuna mayo
S: Chicken wrapped in bacon and asparagus

Mandelinka · 02/06/2017 08:40

Loves his couples Hmm

Mandelinka · 02/06/2017 08:40

Coudles Wink

Mandelinka · 02/06/2017 08:41

Cuddles ffs

cabbage67 · 02/06/2017 08:42

An advert for KFC on this page isn't very helpful! www.mumsnet.com/emo/te/11.gif.pagespeed.ce.w3SwuqwArR.gif

TheWayOfTheWorld · 02/06/2017 08:45

Well I think my appetite has definitely decreased. I am off work today so had bacon, egg, mushroom and tomato for breakfast.

Last week I started off having 3 rashers and 2 eggs - I've just struggled with 2 rashers and 1 egg...

wombattoo · 02/06/2017 08:45

I have used the Bare Naked Noodles. On Monday I made a soup/broth from a chicken I'd had and put a pack of the noodles in.
Beware that they smell really fishy when you open the pack, but rinsing them thoroughly in cold water sorts that. Also, a couple of bootcamps ago, some posters found they upset their digestion. I am fine with them.

wombattoo · 02/06/2017 08:46

I'm just about to make myself bacon and eggs. My favourite breakfast ever. Grin
Oh and Jim - the dress looks fab Thanks

JiminnyCricket · 02/06/2017 09:07

It's date night tonight so I'm keeping my meals small today as my apitite isn't good at the moment and I want to be able to enjoy my food tonight.

B: Coconut coffee
L: 250g coyo (first time trying it)
D: Still havent decided!

TimeIhadaNameChange · 02/06/2017 09:27

Dinner last night was wonderful. I swapped the frankfurters for corned beef as I had some open, and mixed some cream cheese and a tiny amount of mustard into the liquid the cabbage had been cooking in at the end.

The only thing I'd change for next time would be to use tinned corned beef instead of the slices, in the hope it wouldnt disintegrate so much.

Today I'm having:
B - Total yoghurt
L - 4 pastryless mini quiches, chicken and cheese roll-ups and more yoghurt
D - Halloumi salad

YoLoZammo · 02/06/2017 09:27

I'm having a wobble this morning. Took my creamy almond milk coffee with me to drink on the commute, but I didn't put enough cream in it and it tastes horrible. Not fatty enough so it's too strong and dark. Sad

Then to add insult to injury, my brek of cream/ff greek yog is sitting in my coolbag as I forgot to bring a spoon. Went to two local shops searching for cream and spoons to no avail. Took all my willpower not to pop into station coffee shop for some toast. I'm really hungry for the first time in a week. Maybe AF is also affecting me? No cramps for first time in a long time, which is a bonus though.

Now reading Paul McKenna book "I can make you thin" on the train for some motivation.

I just need to hold out another hour til I get to work and find a bloody spoon!!!

PlymouthMaid1 · 02/06/2017 09:46

My scales may have gone crazy as they are reporting a three pound loss overnight.will not get pleased til Mondays weigh in just in case. Today's food planned is Greek yog, a few berries (bad I know), creamy coffee, tuna or smoked mackerel salad, maybe bevbrave and have tofu for tea (not a fan).
