I don't think that BIWI has managed to post a new thread so I'll do this one.

I don't have the wise words of BIWI so I'll just say that by now you should be more in the swing of lcing so just keep it up and remember, only 1 week until bclite.

Hopefully you all have a successful weigh-in but if not, don't be disheartened. Post for some help and we will do our best.

Oh! I forgot my dinner photo Grin. I'might putting all my food photos in a separate album on my phone so if I get fed up I can look back at the lovely things I can eat.

Your dinner looks lovely heman - how did you do the chicken?

YoLoZammo · 30/05/2017 21:38

Thanks Adalind .

HemanOrSheRa · 30/05/2017 21:39

I use a pre mixed pot of a Jerk rub. All the recipes I have used sugar. I started buying the pots when I was doing slimming world (again!) a couple of years ago. They are really nice. The only one I don't like is the Bolognese as there is sage in the mix. They are quite expensive but I find they go further than the recommended portions and are great if you want something easy. Our dinner took 15 minutes at the most tonight!

Hiya! Thanks for the warm welcome! Day one's gone great so far! 3 litres of water drunk before I left work and only one tea and one coffee. If anyone could critique my days menu I would appreciate it!

B- egg/bacon/cheese muffin
L- tuna mayonnaise with salad leaves, "coleslaw" radish cucumber (left my dressing at home but had mayo) olives
Snack - muffin like breakfast
D- pan fried chicken, cauli/broccoli cheese and garlicky spinach

Tomorrow I'll have

B- beakfasy muffin again
L-chicken avocado mixed leaves cucumber radish baby sweetcorn olives
D- roast pork, cauli broccoli cheese, Pak choi

Looking forward to buying babybells and exploding one!!! 😀😀😀

TheWayOfTheWorld · 30/05/2017 21:43

Re spiralizer, I use a giant pencil sharpener. Does the job well enough and is easy to clean.

Dinner tonight was chicken panfried in butter with Parmesan, asparagus and spinach. Was delicious!

HemanOrSheRa · 30/05/2017 21:52

I can't believe I haven't had cauliflower cheese yet Shock. I could eat it by the bucket load. Must do something about that!

WaaWaaWaaa · 30/05/2017 21:53

A couple of questions that I meant to tack onto my post! But it's taken me about 2 hours to post that with one thing and another.

Do we need to weigh or count anything? I think not from having read the through the rules but I'm so used to weighing/measuring and counting naffing points/syns I think I need it spelling out!

Oh my feet are really swollen up today! I AM huge but this is unusual for me (to this extent) but it's like all 3 litres of water have settled on my ankles 😨 is this a thing or just coincidence??

AdalindSchade · 30/05/2017 21:58

No weighing or counting!

HemanOrSheRa · 30/05/2017 21:59

No, you don't have to weigh anything Waa. Although I did weigh tomatoes at the start. They are quite carby so you need to be careful. I love tomatoes and could easily eat 2 large ones on a salad. So I weighed them at first and I know now that half a large vine ripened tomato is 50g or thereabouts. I also weigh green beans for the same reason.

Not sure about the ankle swelling. Someone will come along and help Smile.

achangeisgonnacome · 30/05/2017 22:00

B: prosciutto and cheese
L: coffee ...
D: chicken and veges
S: cup of tea

Not the best day to say the least ...

TheWayOfTheWorld · 30/05/2017 22:01

I should clarify that the spiralizer I use is similar to, and not an actual, giant pencil sharpener Grin

No need to weigh or count out anything Waa

HemanOrSheRa · 30/05/2017 22:02

I did wonder World Grin. I was thinking how on earth do you get a courgette in a pencil sharpener, even if it is a giant one!

TheWayOfTheWorld · 30/05/2017 22:03
Blush

Hi all

Any good breakfast ideas out there? I'm done with scrambled eggs already.

Today I've had:

B - total ff with ground cinnamon (not to be confused with ground coriander as I did the other day when I didn't have my glasses on)
L- peppered smoked mackerel and scrambled eggs fried in butter
D- shoulder of lamb with a Ras al Hanout rub. Tomato, cucumber, feta and mint salad. steamed asparagus with butter
S- creamy coffee

Have got heartburn tonight which I haven't had since I started BC

Veryflummoxed · 30/05/2017 22:16

Thanks Ready

No pulses now or BC lite. Too carby (sadly)

I'might putting all my food photos in a separate album on my phone

I did that last boot camp. It was interesting to see how meals varied and I can look back for ideas.

I should clarify that the spiralizer I use is similar to, and not an actual, giant pencil sharpener
I spent a good five minutes picturing and thinking about that Grin

Veryflummoxed · 30/05/2017 22:18

What did you do to it SayrraT?

TheWayOfTheWorld · 30/05/2017 22:20

Just to clear up any lingering confusion I may have caused!

TheWayOfTheWorld · 30/05/2017 22:21

My guess is microwaved babybel Very (which I am yet to try - makes note to self to use a plastic plate...)

SayrraT · 30/05/2017 22:28

Yip, that's it exploded baby bel Grin

Currently lying in the bath as my over exuberant horse bucked me off tonight! Think he's full of the Spring grass Grin

Veryflummoxed · 30/05/2017 22:29

Ouch

HemanOrSheRa · 30/05/2017 22:36

I was going to ask DS if he had a giant pencil sharpener BlushGrin.

ShastaBeast · 30/05/2017 22:47

I feel sick - seems a few of us are feeling icky and I wonder if it's the heat.

Coffee for breakfast
A bit of cheddar, chicken wing and leaves for lunch
Creamy tea
Mozzarella ball with half avocado and salad for dinner.

Not enough calories but I can't face anything else. I did drink a fair bit and still going. I drink a lot at night.

I think all the weeing may have paid off but I won't hit the scales until Sunday or Monday. It looks like I've lost half an inch off my waist since yesterday's one pound gain. I used to have a 25 inch waist, I don't know if that's possible but I'll try.

CobOnTheCorn · 30/05/2017 23:06

B: coffee and cream plus a boiled egg with butter
L: pork scratchings, slice of cheese, half an avocado
D: a big fat steak with bearnarise sauce and broccoli in butter
