Evening all!

I'm starting this thread now as I have to leave early for work tomorrow. and I know how keen you'll all be to weigh-in first thing, so won't want to wait until I can get round to getting it up and running Grin

Here's the link to the lovely shiny new Spreadsheet of Fabulousness ]] for which many thanks, SayrraT.

Your name should be on it, but if it isn't, just add it at the bottom. Don't try and re-alphabetise the list - Sayrra or Wombattoo will do that later.

And don't touch the blue cells!!!

OldBooks · 24/05/2017 07:03

A couple of NSVs - DH said my face looks slimmer, and my bra straps need adjusting, they keep slipping down.

Looking forward to a good LC day, falling off the wagon yesterday just shows me that my body really prefers LC, I have a headache.

OldBooks · 24/05/2017 07:04

Naschkatze · 24/05/2017 07:39

Feeling awful again Sad woke up sweating, shaky and nauseous.
I confess I ate two Belvita breakfast biscuits because I really thought I was going to faint and couldn't wait for toast!
Now eating yoghurt with some cream.

This isn't good though... I have to do an hours drive in a couple of hours and at the moment don't feel safe.

NigellasGuest · 24/05/2017 07:47

Nasch can you have a fry up? A load of bacon and egg?

ChesterDrawers · 24/05/2017 07:52

Good luck achange

My plan for the day is:
B: Parma ham, avocado, olive oil
L: Omelette with mushrooms, shallots, cheese, with salad leaves in olive oil
D: skin on chicken thighs, broccoli, asparagus, both in lots of butter

Hopefully enough veg and fat too

SayrraT · 24/05/2017 07:53

Oh no naschkatze sorry you feel awful. Have you tried having something salty? It's really hard for some people when they come off sugar/carbs, the way you are feeling really demonstrates how addictive they can be. Hope you feel better soon!

I've lost 2 lbs already Grin very pleased.

I've got my first bridesmaid dress fitting on Sat (friends wedding is next April, just after Jiminy's Grin) so pleased that I've lost weight since I was asked. I not sure if I should mention to the bride that I intend on being way smaller by the wedding or not? What do you all think? I assume it's easier to take a dress in than out and obviously I'd pay for alterations.

Also, I got my photoshoot photos and I really want to show you all but it will be very very outing but I look amazing! Argh, what to do!

explodingkittens · 24/05/2017 08:00

Currently stand in outside a locked coffee shop peering in like some kind of addict Grin. I do actually have a meeting here at 8am, honest! Going to get a creamy coffee to set me up for the day.

Lunch will be leftover chicken/bacon/leek thingy from the other night.

Dinner will be trout with veg I think.

SayrraT · 24/05/2017 08:01

OMG my post just vanished! So annoying Angry

herecomesthsun · 24/05/2017 08:04

Hello, I actually started on 14th, and have gone from 99 to 96.4, using my new home scales (I have professionally calibrated ones at work that are 5kg more generous, but I suspect the home ones are more accurate). This is despite my son's birthday yesterday and partaking in a forbidden celebratory item.

HemanOrSheRa · 24/05/2017 08:06

Morning!

Good luck achange Smile.

I hope today runs smoothly C4pinkwheels. Take care of yourself Flowers.

I think it's very common for people to lose weight in the weeks and months before a wedding SayrraT. It's much easier to take a dress in, as you say. It shouldn't be a problem. I'd see how the bride to be it and decide whether to mention it on Saturday or not.

SayrraT · 24/05/2017 08:07

Those of you on the last BC may or may not remember that one of my reasons for losing weight was that I had a pole photoshoot.

I got the pictures and they are amazing, I managed to lose 20 lbs for this, 7 lbs more than I'd aimed for.

Here are my favourite pictures.

I weighed 15st 13 lbs in these pictures, proof that an obese person can be fit!

They have been photoshopped to smooth skin and remove wrinkles from clothes but otherwise it's just me as I am.

Week 1 - Pre-Summer Low Carb Bootcamp - Off we go!
Naschkatze · 24/05/2017 08:08

I don't have time to do a fry up while getting myself and baby ready to go out but will try a salty drink.

It is starting to lift.
I've had about 30g of carbs/day so far (according to my rough estimates on nutracheck) Is it worth increasing this a bit and move down more slowly? Or will that just cause the 'flu' to last longer...

SayrraT · 24/05/2017 08:10

Another one

Week 1 - Pre-Summer Low Carb Bootcamp - Off we go!
SayrraT · 24/05/2017 08:12

Heman I see the bride every day as we share an office, I think I will just say casually. I think she will be fine.

HemanOrSheRa · 24/05/2017 08:14

Oh my god! You look stunning SayrraT. Amazing legs! You must be so fit and strongEnvyGrin.

AdalindSchade · 24/05/2017 08:14

I would probably go up to 50g carbs if I were you but also make sure you have enough salt and fat in your breakfast. Two fried eggs with some grated cheese would be quick and easy?

ASDismynormality · 24/05/2017 08:19

SayrraT. Those photos are amazing, you look great and must be so strong!

ilovecherries · 24/05/2017 08:22

You look amazingly fit and strong in those photos, Sayraa.
