Grah0SoontobeaFatty I will if they bring it up. Problem is my mum has a PHD in biochemistry so she loves calories in calories out and thinks cravings and food addiction are a load of rubbish
she thinks I'm fat because I lack self control and I'm lazy. Delightful!
DP's gig went well, I ended up having 2 gin and tonics but made what I think were sensible tapas choices:
Halloumi
Lamb meatballs in a tomato sauce
King prawns in a tomato sauce
Feta and olives
Also had a few roasted peanuts 
Feel rough this morning so either I'm now a total light weight or I went over my carbs.
Tonight I have a work social, we're off to a comedy club but there's pizza and beer at the office first.
My plan is to save half my lunch and re-heat it to eat while the pizza is in the office and that should then keep me going until midnight/ 1am when I'll get home.
I had such a strong meal plan this week and I've ended up eating out/ doing other things 3 nights!
