Thanks BIWI Smile just feeling so much more positive this year. Hoping to keep it up.

I set myself the goal of 52lbs this year and wrote my goal weights for each month in my diary. Hoping that will keep me on track.

I'll try to be around to help with BC as well but no laptop so limited to phone use!

Can some kind person add me please? I have tried to copy the list 3 times but my phone is not having any of it.

I lost loads of baby weight this time last year, then struggled on the next 2 bootcamps. I have identified 3 problems. Drinking enough water at work and avoiding the vending machine and at home having quick lunches to hand as I have a toddler and preschooler causing chaos.

Have added myself to the bottom, hope it's not too late! Bookmarked the thread on the first day & forgot to come back.

I lost 1 stone on last years summer bootcamp but since then have been repeatedly falling off the wagon & have put half back on.

Just following the thread is brilliant motivation & really helped me stick with it.

I really don't know why I keep going back to carbs they just make me feel crap & fat!

Anyway I now have 2 stone to lose & a 1 stone target for the end of April when I'm off on holiday.

Thank you so much BIWI, Sayarra & Wombat, you're all wonderful people!
